Replacement parts
As I did not complete the application of a Beldray Cordless Vaccum Cleaner for the extended warranty within 30 days of purchase the floor brush unit was not covered when it failed after two years.
Having duly purchased a replacement, it is not possible to register it for three year warranty!

Could not find what i was looking for which was cleaning pads for sonic floor steamer so settled for 1 had desided was as near as possible to what i needed. Mine is a square base. But.i must add service recevied was very good and order arrived very quick cant compane. And i would order again

Prompt efficient service.
The item I wanted to order was out of stock so I entered my email to be notified when it came back into stock, I didn't have to wait very long and I actually received the notification email, unlike a lot of companies I have tried this with. Ordering online was quick and relatively easy, only problem was I had a discount code but there didn't seem to be a box to put the discount code in at the checkout. However, on the whole, good experience and I would order again.
