I ordered my daughters dress Aug 30th, received 9-11. Quick shipping but a completely different dress and color. I emailed the company instantly they quickly replied asking for my order number. I sent it back immediately and now 4 other emails with no response. This is ridiculous. Her HOCO is in a week and now we are looking for another dress. Very unhappy with the service. Never AGAIN

Do Not Buy From BerlinNova
I ordered a dress not knowing it was made to order (unclear on the site) I paid $20 for 3 day express shipping. They fail to tell you that it takes 20 days to make the dress. Obviously it will never arrive in time. I contacted them within 30 minutes of placing the order. It took days to respond and then they only responded when I contacted a 2nd time through PayPal. They refused to cancel my order. If you are looking for a quality item, with equally good customer service please, I beg you, look elsewhere. Girls, if you need a homecoming dress within weeks please shop local or order from a reputable site like Revolve or a U.S. department store like Nordstrom. To anyone reading this too late sorry!!! Fight the charges on your CC or PayPal. It’s not ok and we all need to stop giving companies like this our money.

Are they walking this dress from China ??
Ordered a dress for homecoming on 8/17. I picked an in stock item that stated it would ship right away . It did ship right away and I got a tracing number and the company responded to my first email . Now it is September 13 , and my package has not moved since 9/2. I have sent at least 5 emails and none have been answered . This is ridiculous . Dance is in 2 weeks and still no dress . Extremely disappointed and frustrated at the lack of response from the company .

Does not accept returns or refunds. Terrible customer service!
The dresses are not sized properly and only will accept a return or refund if it is damaged during shipping. The top of the dress is a completely different size than the bottom. Not worth it. You get what you pay for. Please beware you will not get your money back!!!

It turned out well!
I was very skeptical and fully ready to not receive the prom dress. They did say it would take over a month. I received a shipping confirmation without a real tracking number. I emailed them about it and they did give me the tracking number. The dress DID come after about 4 weeks and it does look like the picture and my daughter got a lot of compliments on it. Very good for $140 when other girls were
Spending $700 at the bridal shops.

Don't order anything from this company
This company is not a good place to order a dress. You will never know when your order is coming, they don’t give any dates or estimated dates of arrival. My dress does not fit need a bigger size, they would not let me return it for a bigger size. Please don't waste your time.

I received notice from USPS that my package would not be delivered because your company used counterfeit postage! I have emailed twice since then with no response. If I could give this company a billion negative star I would. The dress I ordered months ago wasn’t the dress I received. The shoes to go with the dress aren’t even wearable they were hot glued together while the shoe is plastic like a dress up shoe you would wear as a little girl. After trying for a feee hard minutes to get the purse opened up , The purse was crunchy inside like tissue paper. Completely a joke that cost me $300 American money. I immediately contacted the company through email. They went back md forth pretending not to know my account even though the account number was attached to the subject line and pictures attached to confirm the disaster. Do not I mean do not order from this place it’s a scam

What ever you do, don't let your daughters buy a dress from this company! my daughter spent her own money buying a dress for prom. ordered it over a month ago and tracking said it was delivered but we didnt get anything! went around in circles with them but they just kept saying it was delivered. we have cameras and checked, nope!, we opened everyone's mail boxes, nope! we went door to door asking, nope! even called usps office who said the tracking number is odd, nope! Scam, bad communication, lack of customer service and support and they should be shut down. We are going to go to bank to see if we can reverse charges but She may be out the money that she worked her tail off to save :(

Despite all these reviews, this company gave me a wonderful prom experience. My mom ordered my dress late and we also paid for express shipping. Like everyone else in these reviews, I was scared and too thought this was a scam. However, we shot them an email and my dress came 2 days before prom! I just think we have to be more careful ordering late and take into consideration these people are overwhelmed with late orders. Overall, my dress was beautifully made! I got many compliments and I’m very happy to have a positive experience from this company! I will order again and make sure to do it on time!!

Scam company
Scam company - ordered a dress for prom 3 weeks ago & it never showed up. It shows delivered and it wasn’t. The post office was able to track down an image of the item but it has some other address on it and it’s small and no way it has any clothing item in it they said. Unable to locate package; they won’t do anything to help and the post office delivered to some address that wasn’t mine and yet the company had my correct address. I think they do this on purpose to scam you out of your money.

My daughter ordered a dress which never arrived. I asked for a refund and they kept insisting it was shipped. We waited over a month before anyone even responded it had been shipped that same day. Still no refund and no dress. Then after a couple weeks they claim it to have been reviewed and still no dress and no refund.
