I have been trying to contact customer…
I have been trying to contact customer service since 9/12 on dresses and still no answer. Ordered dress for n 8/17 and they arrived on 9/29. Chat won’t work anymore either. I needed to cancel before it shipped because it was over a month and still no dresses or updates. Event happened and dress arrived after. Convenient there is no phone number to contact one way of getting out of helping customers.

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. Payed for speedy shipping and it still arrived late. The dress did not fit even though we took measurements and ordered the correct size. Customer service will not return emails and there is no address to return the dress.

daughters homecoming dress - wrong color
Ordered my daughters homecoming dress in royal blue and received it in light blue. Emailed their customer service 5x and messaged them on their FB and IG social media accounts and NO RESPONSE.
Luckily my daughter likes the light blue but BEWARE if your order is wrong.

Scam company - avoid!
The dress they sent was nothing like what was in the photos. 4 attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. Working with my credit card company to recover $ I was scammed out of.

Will give you your dress, but not a refund
Contrary to all of the negative reviews, my dress came quickly and was exactly what I ordered. With expedited shipping, I received my dress 8 days after placing the order, which was very unexpected. However, I would not plan to get a refund from this company, as I attempted to cancel my order in the first 24 hrs of placing it and they never responded but instead just sent the dress. Thankfully it’s here on time for my hoco, but if you think you’ll need a refund then steer clear.

There is no response to emails from the company! Address on business page is in china, no phone number available. I reached out via IG and FB with no response also. If you're going to sell in the US, please update your shipping information with appropriate expectations. So many disappointed with your false advertisement of shipping on a big event for girls.

Horrible customer service
I just had the same experience of no customer service once I said I needed to return a dress. If you plan to buy from them do not plan on being able to make a return. I will be working with my CC company to report fraud.

Along with many others, I would give them 0 stars if possible. At first communication was fantastic, but as soon as I asked about processing a return, nothing. I have emailed, tried to live chat and have gotten no response. I am out the money for a dress my daughter will never be able to wear.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Extremely frustrating
On every other site I order from there is A way to be able to cancel your order if it hasn’t shipped yet. I tried to cancel my order shortly after making it & it doesn’t give me the option. Same situation as everyone else!
Same situation as everyone else in these reviews. I ordered two dresses on September 11th and when I realized one would not come in time emailed within my 24-hour window for the 100% refund to cancel that dress only. The other dress was supposed to ship within 48 hours and here we are on September 22nd with no further detail about anything shipping or the refund and cancellation of the first dress. But you all were very quick to charge my card immediately! I'm calling my bank to dispute the charge this is ridiculous! With all of our reviews on here they're going to come back and say that it's busy season but communication is key so just let people at least know where their orders are in the process! And don't tell me your custom making the damn thing when you didn't even ask for measurements for my daughter.

I have tried multile times to contact…
I have tried multile times to contact this company. We ordered a dress that was in stock and was to ship within 48 hours (according to the website). Now I cannot get anyone to respond to me or update me on my order. Now my daughter has to find another dress to wear to her dance. I give this company a negative star! I ordered my daughter’s homecoming dress. Took 3 weeks for me to receive and when I received I couldn’t believe my eyes. The dress was completely different.
