Great price, gorgeous flooring, packaged perfectly, quick and easy collection.

I changed my mind on two separate occasions, for a different style of flooring.
My fault totally! 🤷‍♀️
The lady over the phone was so helpful and so efficient. She amended my first order giving a refund within 3 days. The second time I changed the colour, but same pattern. Just in time, before the flooring had been dispatched.
She was incredibly helpful. I found this company to be most professional.

Excellent service

Dreadful experience, the flooring was very nice and good value for money, but the problem is the courier service DX express that is used.
They lied about attempted delivery when we were at home all day. They promise they are due to deliver your item and then don't show up, I had to stay at home for 4 days waiting for delivery eventually turned up a week after initial estimated delivery date.
Off putting experience would rather pay a little more and shop locally in future to avoid stress and being lied to.
If company use DX delivery AVOID

After the moduleo cleaner I ordered was leaking on delivery the second attempt to deliver went well.

Nothing wrong with the flooring it’s the delivery company that lets it down received a day late even though I was assured it would be delivered on the day I asked for.

Delivery great, no problem even with road being closed. Excellent quality of product, well packaged.

The whole thing was easy, from ordering the flooring, being kept informed of the progress of the order and even having the option to give a preferred delivery date. Everything went smoothly and the delivery arrived on the date requested.

We ordered just a cheap carpet for our summer house it arrived very quickly I would definitely buy from this company again highly recommended 5 💫💫💫💫💫

We bought two rolls for two different bathrooms but had them delivered to the same address. Unfortunately, the first issue was that despite being told that both had been delivered in fact one had in fact been delivered. We then had to wait a few more days for the second roll to turn up. When we came to have the second roll laid, we discovered that this company had cut it 25 cm short to what we had ordered. So despite the communication and the product being good, I really cannot recommend this company as how can they get something so fundamental wrong as cutting the piece to the wrong length. Fairly incompetent.

March Update- after 2 months of Best4flooring contacting me to investigate this further (great news, I thought!), they now only chase when I email them, and have only prolonged the constant reminders that they have sold me a faulty product. The damage is visible, and the customer care is poor.
Original January review: I was happy with the delivery, and followed the clear instructions about preparing my room for installation. The sheet vinyl looked fantastic in my kitchen and I had deliberately chosen a hardwearing product with a 7 year domestic guarantee. However within 4 weeks there were cracks/holes in the vinyl. I contacted customer services and they told me I had dropped something heavy (NO- in 5 places? Unlikely, isn't it?), ripped it during installation (NO- I would have taken that up with the fitter) or had laid it on a damaged surface (NO- new screed). Very disappointed by the lack of customer care by Best4flooring. Any product classified as hardwearing and long lasting should last longer than 4 weeks, even if I had danced in high heels on it! Which I had not.
