Whilst the staff are very accommodating
The management refused a refund despite my explanation for the reason for the cancellation,
Unfortunately it fell within their non negotiable terms and conditions
An act of avarice , which will not be forgotten .
Can’t comment on the level of service as I didn’t actually receive any but paid £550
A lesson learnt on my behalf but let this be a word of warning to others

Great service Better2Know, Elizabeth Mukucha knows her story, she worked around my work schedule and got me a booking closest to me after running around for weeks looking for this type of service she made things easy for me from the booking, the appointment, the follow-ups, including the results delivery.

Very happy with everything about this service. The testing process is very well explained, kits are easy to use. As well as the return process and accessing results in customer portal. Customer service is excellent and quick to respond to any queries. Highly recommend.

I would like to thank Elizabed, the consultant. She is a good professional, she quickly responded to requests, was attentive and friendly. Overall, I'm happy with her work. This is my first experience with such a test plan, I want to say that it was fast enough and on the specified time.

From start to finish, one member of staff, Paul, made the experience feel extremely safe and efficient and had true kindness and empathy during the process. The nurse visited within the given time slot and results were delivered promptly. Paul updated us constantly and called us only minutes after we got the notification text to assure us all and ask if we had any further questions. A worthwhile service with much gratitude to Paul.

I would like to say a very special thank you to Beatriz Gomez who went above and beyond in what was a very stressful time for me. I cannot thank her enough! Would recommend Better2Know who have great customer service!
