If you contact us, you'll be speaking to someone at our Craft Bakery in Harrogate. They are as close as you can be to the heart of our business without being sat next to the bread ovens, so you will be in expert hands.
We aim for perfection but from time to time things don't go to plan, so if the worst happens we will always do all we can to put it right.
Every person in our team has the authority to make decisions on their own, so they will do their best to fix things there and then. They will only pass you along or check in with a colleague when the question absolutely requires it.
We want every Bettys experience to be a happy one so if you're in any way disappointed with your service, do call or email. We're here to help.

Excellent, as always
Easy to order, delivery within 48 hours, was kept informed of dispatch and expected delivery time window so I could inform the recipient, fabulous quality of product, as always, so much so that my father in law ate all four rascals in two days. He was thrilled to receive them.

Wonderful welcoming and hospitable service .
The sandwiches and rarebit were delicious and served beautifully by the waitress.
My friend and I were not rushed and given plenty of time to chat and enjoy each other's company .

My friend was thrilled with his tasty sticky toffee cake which I’d sent as a gift to cheer him up after a recent heart attack . It had arrived well packaged and promptly. He said it was delicious and an ideal size just for him and his wife to have a little treat🤪.

This was a birthday present
This was a birthday present. Feedback on the product was good. I had paid extra to have the delivery on my sister’s birthday. Although Betty’s despatched it on time and the Post Office said it would be delivered on her birthday and gave her a time slot, unfortunately she waited in all day for this and it didn’t come until the following day. Not good enough from the post office. Maybe Betty’s could claim back the extra they were charged for this service.
