If you contact us, you'll be speaking to someone at our Craft Bakery in Harrogate. They are as close as you can be to the heart of our business without being sat next to the bread ovens, so you will be in expert hands.
We aim for perfection but from time to time things don't go to plan, so if the worst happens we will always do all we can to put it right.
Every person in our team has the authority to make decisions on their own, so they will do their best to fix things there and then. They will only pass you along or check in with a colleague when the question absolutely requires it.
We want every Bettys experience to be a happy one so if you're in any way disappointed with your service, do call or email. We're here to help.

Bespoke Fondant Fancy Wedding Cake…
I ordered a bespoke fondant fancy wedding cake for my son’s lagal wedding ceremony & it was exactly as I requested it. Caroline was extremely helpful & excellent at explaining the logistical requirements. Although the cake had to be collected from the Harrogate shop because of the size, a little plastic protective wrapper would have been useful behind the ribbon holding it together as it did move a little bit but was easily corrected. The Bride & Groom were delighted as it did not detract from their main wedding cake try by Ed F following day.

My order arrived promptly and in good condition.
I had wanted to order more and pay with gift vouchers which I had for a birthday gift. Unfortunately because my gift vouchers are paper ones and not e-vouchers or the money card type I was unable to order on line. So I will have to go to one of Betty's shops to use them.

Lead time
You rescued a situation of long lead times.I ordered a cake that was not available for over a month, but a quick telephone call sorted out out .You should indicate if something is on a very long lead time

Missed birthday delivery...twice
I ordered a online birthday delivery for a relative, the courier lied about delivering it. Bettys were very helpful and delivered a replacement a couple of days later, not in time for the birthday though. Ordered a second present a couple of weeks later, thinking because Bettys were so helpful, surely it wouldn't go wrong again, lightening would not strike twice. It did. Order not delivered, not even attempted. I've cancelled the order, so Betty's themselves might be fine, but they use a terrible courier service (DPD) that doesn't work, I'll never trust them again, do not bother using if you want a delivery.

Bettys Yorkshire Parkin, it’s difficult to find a good Parkin but this one is how it should be, so flavoursome, absolutely delicious, all the taste of a good old fashioned Parkin, reasonable price and plenty of date, arrived in a lovely box, quick delivery, if l wasn’t on my own l would purchase three for the offer price, l will definitely buy again, thank you Bettys ❤️
