Had need to contact them on my insurance renewal as some details needed to be updated. My call was answered promptly and my update made very efficiently by the lady who took my call

So far so good, would only know if I had a claim. I was recommended by a friend and they were the cheapest. The on line portal seems ok as well.

I insure 7 bikes and then I have added another one to make 8 bikes in total, very disappointed that for the 8th bike it cost over £500 extra to already paying over 6k for 7 bikes and then ask to put a tracker on this as well as another bike lock, I will probably not go over the 1500 miles on this bike and the value of this I insured for 32k which is above what I paid but you will only pay out on what you believe the market value is at the time of loss, I just find this is another way to get more money from your customers rather than be reasonable with them. I will be looking next year near renewal for other quotes.

I will say though the staff are really friendly and helpful.

To cancel my policy, it cost >£75.

To put that into perspective, my monthly instalments were £48. So many hidden little additional costs these companies like to add on.

The policy book states a £25 admin fee, then a whole lot of jargon about other made up costs. Essentially, so they can charge whatever they want.

Disgusting!! Never using again.
