The process of purchasing the insurance was good, but having sent proof of my NCD and a copy of my cancellation of the remainder of the insurance left on the bike I had traded in (via your website), I received a message from Bikesure telling me that my NCB would not be honoured, as a check revealed the bike I had traded in was still insured. As a consequence, I would end up having to pay more and I should contact my previous insurance company immediately.
I didn't need to send proof that I had cancelled the remaining few weeks of the insurance still left on my previous bike but I did, so I was somewhat at a loss as to what this was about and very anxious about the consequences. I presumed the BMW dealership that I had sold my bike to had now insured my trade in, but why would this affect my proof of NCD?
I wrote back to Bikesure and I asked the dealership to contact you as well. A few days later I received an email from Bikesure stating that everything was ok.
So, I'm afraid this was not a good experience, in fact it was quite poor.

Hands down the BEST motorcycle insurance I have ever dealt with. Competent, friendly, native English speakers who were easy to understand and very helpful whoever I spoke to in their call centre. And mine involved lots of interaction, I moved, they helped, I took an extended overseas trip on my bike, they helped, my bike stayed overseas, they helped as far as the underwriter would let them....

I really cannot thank them enough. There is real value to dealing with competent, helpful and friendly staff that answer quickly and want to help you. I personally would not go anywhere else even if the other insurance provider was a bit cheaper - and I am not saying that lightly...

i sent you a datatag proof now you think its a traker and want me to fill in a form about the tracker i doint have fitten i rang in but am not sure how to fill it in online why do i need to as you have the same letter i have from data tag
