Une débroussailleuse dont le capot de maintien de la lame s'est désoudé entièrement après DEUX ANS d'usage de 2x2mois.

Une lame de débroussaillage de rechange qui s'avère non protégée au déballage et pour cause: elle n'est pas affutée!

Je n'achèterai plus rien chez bosch.A ce rythme , j'ai de gros doutes sur la pérennité de votre entreprise.

J'ai plusieurs outils 18 volts Bosch pro et j'ai vraiment des problèmes avec les chargeurs de batteries.
Cela ne fonctionne pas normalement et après plusieurs changements de chargeur je me rends à l'évidence que Bosch bleu pro n'est pas fiable et à perdu en valeur.
Mon futur achat sera chez un concurrent qui à la fiabilité et qui ne sent pas le cramé même neuf.

Ich habe einen Bosch Bohrhammer GBH 5- 40 DCE der noch keine zwei Jahre alt ist. Als das Gerät nicht mehr funktionierte meldete ich mich beim Kundenservice. Am Telefon teilte ich dem Mitarbeiter bereits mit, das es vermutlich die Kohlen sind und fragte ob das in der Garantie enthalten sei. Der Mitarbeiter versicherte mir, dass dies kein Problem ist und die Garantie abdeckt. Als ich das Gerät eingesendet hatte bekam ich einen Kostenvoranschlag von 190€. Sämtliche Teile waren dort als defekt durch Verschleiß angegeben. Als ich mich telefonisch über den Kostenvoranschlag beschwerte teilte mir der Mitarbeiter mit, das das Gerät ja immerhin schon 80 Stunden in Betrieb gewesen sei. Das ist doch lächerlich für ein Gerät das mit professionell wirbt!! Das Gerät haben sie mir dann in Einzelteilen zurückgesandt. Ein defektes Anschlusskabel wollten sie im KV ebenfalls erneuern. Das hab ich mir dann nochmal genau angesehen. (Bin selbst Elektriker) das Kabel war völlig ok meine Vermutung ist, das dies pauschal mit verrechnet wird! Für mich ist dies Betrug. Kann keinem Bosch empfehlen!

I have a range of Bosch 18v power tools so when i needed a portable work light the obvious option was to go for Bosch, i bought the Bosch GLi 18v-300 torch as its compatible with my batteries.
the look and feel are great as usual. the light is weak by todays standards there are plenty of others to purchase with higher Lumens and cheaper. disappointing waste of money.
service at Bulwell screw fix was very good though.

I purchased a Bosch drill and driver set on Amazon. The drill broke inside the chuck within the first year under fairly light usage. Since it was within the first year, they replaced it. The second drill broke in the same way within a couple of months under the same light duty. They won't replace the second one as it's over a year from the "original" purchase date, even though the second drill broke even faster than the first. They offered me a free repair estimate. I threw the junky plastic drill away and promised to let everyone know what a disreputable company this is. DO NOT BUY BOSCH. They do not stand by their products.

Poor quality tools. Bought a 18v portable band-saw. At first seemed to work. Put a blade on and ran it. Did not actually need it immediately, so put it in the tool box in the shop. Months later, pulled it out to use on the farm and it was completely dead. LED won't even come on. Contacted Bosch and since I had misplaced my receipt, I was out of luck. Unknown to me, the manufacture date was 2018 when I bought it fall of 2022 from Lowe's. So, I have a very expensive worthless tool. I'm done with Bosch.

Had to buy new screwdriver for Jigsaw, easiest option was to buy Bosch as the certain to fit.
Never seen a screwdriver of such poor quality, handle not on straight and shaft is bent.
Premium price not reflected in quality have had much better from pound shop.

Seit über drei Jahren benutze ich eigentlich täglich Bosch-(Akku)Werkzeuge im professionellen, rauen Baustellenbetrieb als selbstständiger Zimmermann und Dachdecker- und ich bin total begeistert von der Qualität. Meinen ersten Bosch-Akkuschrauber (GSR 18 VE-2-LI) habe ich 2013 gekauft, mit zwei (damals sensationellen) 4,0 Ah-Akkus. Er musste viel durchmachen und wurde keineswegs geschont und läuft nach knapp zehn Jahren immer noch wie am ersten Tag, bemerkenswerter Weise mit denselben alten Akkus von 2013!!!
Mein anderer Akkuschrauber (GSR 18 V-60 FC) von 2020 ist mir zweimal aus über fünf Metern Höhe vom Dach gefallen, das zweite mal auf Pflastersteine und es ist nichts gebrochen oder kaputt gegangen.
Seit Beginn meiner Selbstständigkeit 2020 ist mir noch keine Bosch-Maschine kaputt gegangen!

Zum Vergleich kann ich von meinem alten Ausbildungsbetrieb berichten, mit rund 25 Mitarbeitern. Wir haben dort Maschinen von M. aus Japan benutzt. Jedes Jahr mussten wir neue Akkuschrauber kaufen, weil sie nach einem Jahr schrott waren (meist hat sich das Getriebe selber gehäckselt, oder ganz oft ist die Umschaltung von Gang 1 zu 2 gebrochen). Die anderen M.-Maschinen wie Handkreissägen, Schlagschrauber usw. waren auch kaum besser (Das grenzt schon an Beschiss am Kunden).

I purchased a Bosch GSB 18v 55 and impact in Dec 2021 from Screwfix. THe drill has since given up the ghost despite only being used for light diy. I contacted Bosch customer service who said i could return for free using their courier as it was still in warranty. I had to wait in all day and no one came. They then arranged one for a second day and no one came although they tried to maintain they had. Bosch refused to send me a label so that i could print it off and return. They also refused to let me send it to them with my own label from post office. I tried to complain but they REFUSED to let me complain. The Bosch drill is now in the bin and i have brought a different brand. Bosch provided really poor obnoxious customer service - the emails are shocking - they just IGNORE YOU. I am gutted I didn't buy with a credit card and I could then have claimed from credit card company. I would never buy a Bosch product ever again. I am fuming at getting ripped off by such a large company.

Schlechter Kundendienst Mann muss sich um alles selber kümmer super 3 Jahres Garantie Keine 2 monate Alt und keine 100 schrauben später läuft der akkuschrauber blau nicht mehr .

Bosch pro360 rip-off.

So very disappointed in this massive company to ri-off the very people who make them what they are today.
I was in a fortunate position to upgrade and renew all my ageing green Bosch tools both 18v and 240v to the new professional range. I spent in-excess of over £3000 GBP.
My main reason for choosing Bosch again was because of they’re pro360 deal whereby you would get ether a free 18v battery, an 18v tool or accessory.
As you can imagine I had purchased quite a lot of tools from Bosch and was able to submit several legitimate claims under the pro360 offer. My tools where all purchased from well known company’s with correct invoices.
I understand that huge amounts of claims will have been made and the time to process those claims will have been lengthy.
I received 3 free free items from Bosch after approximately 6 weeks but I had made a total of 11 pro360 claims.
I questioned this with the pro360 claims department regarding this and I was informed that WE the little people are only entitled to a maximum of 3 claims????
If like me you have shopped for Bosch products over the past 12 months or so, you will have seen the 360pro deal advertisement everywhere. But what you won’t have seen is the maximum of 3 claims for private purchases.
Even when I submitted all my claims through the website under my account and reference number, all claims were excepted. I’d hate to think what might happen if I had to make a warranty claim???

Where to begin , I purchase a twin set of drills on offer from screwfix with the proviso that I qualified for a free gift choice ok .
1. You need to download the pro app called pro360 , all great except I dont have a house number as I live on a farm despite lots of emails no reply so I had no choice but to add the number 1 in front of my farm name .
2. Registered them
No reply or communication
3. Mailed Cust services got through to the rewards team “oh dear will sort this out for you ordered a vacuum cleaner”
4. Team says item sent,
5. Nowhere to be seen I have cctv no courier appeared no vacuum appeared nada .
7. Email team again “looks like you received this according to the courier” NO I’ve received nothing where did they leave it or deliver it too ?, “the address you gave us “ well NO and there’s no cctv evidence either so it’s gone awry.
8. After much email
Tennis I’ve never heard a thing since what a garbage set up for a huge organisation. I was so miffed I took the tools back and bought a twin set of Milwaukee drills . I won’t deal with them again simply dreadful !!’

I took part in Bosch pro deals in December. For the purchase of Pro series Bosch tooling you could pick an accessory. It is mid February now and no accessory or communication has arrived. I've just sent an email chasing it up and the automated response reads they will respond in 8 weeks. Who at Bosch thinks this is an acceptable level of service?

Update: I've reminded myself and complained to Bosch and within a week I got the accessory I originally picked. Thank you

Ich hatte an meinem GIS1000C Anzeigewerte, die nicht stimmen konnten und sandte das Gerät zur Kalibrierung des Feuchte- und Temperatursensors ein. Ich erhielt Rückmeldung, dass das Infrarotthermometer in Ordnung sei. Da es da aber nicht drum ging beauftragte ich eine Kalibrierung. Die kostete 106 Euro brutto und enthielt den Vermerk von vor der Kalibrierung, es sei eben alles i n Ordnung. Die anzeigewerte stimmen jedoch nach wie vor nicht, und auf wiederholte Beanstandung bei BOSCH kam bisher NULL Reaktion.

Scie sauteuse en panne , prise en sav et au retour ne marche toujours pas, re-envoie au SAV et la machine me revient ne fonctionnant toujours pas et le carton n'a même pas été ouvert, une honte !!
Bosch professiannal propose une extension de garantie qui ne sert à rien

Bought a Bosch dishwasher and qualified for a Bosch Treat or should I say a mistreat as in mistreatment.
Bosch putting ridiculous obstacles in the way of getting the “treat”. Clearly don’t want to complete on there marketing ploy.
If they treat people in this way with a marketing issue hope I don’t get a problem to sort out with customer services.
