Poor installation instructions
The product itself is fine, installation instructions left a lot to be desired. I’m in construction, but not an electrician. Some information on wire size going from the battery to the inverter would’ve been extremely helpful. Lucky I didn’t catch my camper on fire.

When I realized this trip was coming up…
When I realized this trip was coming up quicker, this company was able to change the address for the shipping so that I would have the electric cooler in time. We just taken a two week trip prior with a regular cooler. This was much more convenient with an electric cooler. We didn’t have to worry about Ice. There was no mess. Loved it.

I ordered directly from bougeRV after I had to return this exact same product to Amazon because I received a USED item which they would not directly exchange - just refunded me and then I had to reorder (at a higher price). BougeRV came through and I received my item at a good price, very quickly and in perfect shape.

First of all I did lots of research and…no issues
First of all I did lots of research and then stumbled on Bouge and read reviews… so I bought the diesel heater and heat a 10x16 shed which is insulated…this heater is not loud…. And actually gives kinda white noise…. Excellent, and easy to start …. Will also use in fall on rooftop tent. 5 plus stars in my opinion

CL03とT1購入しましたがCL03が開封したらネジが飛び出してきて「不良品？」と思って自分でも調べて解らず、サービスセンターにメールをして色々なやり取りをして調べて貰ったら偶然ネジが入ってしまった余りネジでした。調べて貰っている間も丁寧で対応もしっかりとしていてとても良い関係で対応していただきました。
CL03はとても良いものでキャンプで使うつもりでしたが、日常でも毎日使用するほど良かったです。(家族が夜車庫に自転車をしまう時に夜間外灯として) 他のT1やAL01やAL04も使用していますがキャンプにも防災にも使えて、安くてすぐにダメになってしまうものよりも明るさも丈夫さも使い勝手も断然こちらの物が良いです。
安いものを何度も買うより1度少し高くても良いものを揃える方が永く良い物を使える喜びを感じられます。 高いと思っても良いものを買いそろえるべきです。

Exceptional Customer Service
They definitely stand behind thier product with quick results.
I received a cooler as a gift a few years ago and it stopped working. It was within the warranty period and they helped me to do some troubleshooting through email. It was determined that it was a faulty unit so they sent me a new one.
I had the new one about three months and did not really need to use it in that time. Until one day I loaded it up with beverages only to be surprised when the next day many of the cans had exploded and frozen solid.
Again after walking me through some diagnostics it was determined the unit was faulty. They immediately sent me a new one.
I’m hoping this one lasts forever. But if it doesn’t I know how to contact customer service.

Doesn't quite work for my system but we made adjustments.
It turns out that you need a four amp system to run the blanket, and my camper evidently doesn't create enough amperage. I was late in trying to return it, so they denied my claim at first, but worked with me to make the situation better in the end. I'll keep the blanket while I work towards a better system to properly run it. I appreciated the people who wrote me back to address my concerns.

Shipping is always too slow. They only ship from China, and they seems to use the slowest means. I thought since I used the UK site, that they would ship from the UK!

Great buy!
The BourgeRV 23-quart Electric Cooler is just as described. The color, Mint Green, is just as it looked online. The shipping was fairly quick and on time. The cooler was well-packaged. It works great. It is not noisy/loud...just a steady hum when it is running.
