Customer service was top-notch
Customer service was top-notch. Wenny turned shipping/service failure into service success. I ordered four panels, and 1 arrived damaged. Although it took several emails, the Bougerv team worked with me for a very satisfactory resolution. I did purchase the Seel "Worry-Free Delivery"(it's not) and cannot recommend that service.

Having trouble with fridge maintaining set temp. Keep getting asked same questions. I have other Bouge products and love them. This one is a disappointment. Wish they would send me a replacement that is as reliable as my other fridge.

Diesel Heater is well made
Diesel Heater is well made, simple to install and produces a vast amount of heat. The only improvement I would make is to have a thermostat to control temperature. AS of now, once it's turned on, it stays on until you shut it off.

Cheap Chinese products. 2 items both arrived not working
Complete garbage response and lies and thank you for responding because its being added to the lawsuit as evidence against you along with all the pics and correspondence we attempted along with the expert report who examined the products and they will be testifying at your hearing. EVERYBODY BEWARE OF THIS CHINESE COMPANY DUMPING DANGEROUS PRODUCTS IN THE USA!
2 products ordered both arrived not working and water heater burnt our carpet and could've burnt house down. Attorneys sent letter seeking damages. Chinese garbage products. They are operating under an alias too out of Houston TX with 41 other cheap and dangerous garbage Chinese companies out of the same building. That should tell you something right there. They ghosted and would not respond or answer about who their registered agent was and address to send lawsuit to but the attorneys found you Chinese frauds! Avoid this company at all costs people.

Stands Behind the Product
I really like the product (Rocky55) in terms of fit, finish, and function - I've had problems with the temperature regulation when in the dual zone mode. But the company has been extremely responsive in terms of troubleshooting and ultimately replacing the unit when it was determined that it was not fixable on my end.

After my purchase & outstanding…
After my purchase & outstanding performance of BougeRV 2 x 200W bifiacial solar panels, I needed to upgrade to 2 x 400w as I’ve doubled my home storage.
Yesterday 2/18/26 even though 24°F my 2X 200 W panels were providing 429 W of output. What else can I ask for?
These are sturdy and with the bifacial feature, I believe I’m getting the most free power I can get with any solar panel.
