Excellent company to deal with, the staff were amazing and helped me find the exact part I needed on multiple occasions, even managing to beat the bigger folks such as VP etc. I don’t believe the other reviews on here are legitimately written and would totally ignore them I would recommend this company to anyone, will use again.

I researched buying a bathroom storage unit and contacting the British Bathroom Company, they stated on an email that the item was in stock on 3rd February. Due to this I placed the order and it was shown to be delivered on Tuesday 10th on the order. On Monday 9th I sent an email as no tracking number was shown, after receiving no reply I managed to get eventually through on the telephone. I was then told it was NOT in stock and discontinued!! and would I now like a refund.
I asked for the refund and expected it to be actioned immediately. Having waited the 5 days I was told it would take to return to my account and not receiving it back, I sent two emails to question where the refund was. No reply was received, on 18th February I managed to get through to their accounts by telephone after numerous attempts. I was told the refund had been only actioned on the 16th !!!
Today 20th I have eventually received the refund.
I would not use this company again due this poor customer service and taking an order which could not be fulfilled, also having and not returning the monies for 17 days.

‘3-5 working days delivery’ - took 16 days (after a reminder sent). Returned as wrong part and advised that refund would be given within 5 working days. 17 days later still waiting for refund.

Great item and quick delivery. Best price I found when shopping around.

The radiator I ordered was out of stock, which the failed to tell me. Only after finally getting a hold of them did they tell me it was out of stock. I asked for a full refund as they were unable yo fulfil my order. Over a week later offered me a full refund and promised me it would be in my bank before Christmas. Now coming up to two months when I initially placed the order and no refund, have tried phoning and emailing with no reply. Bank now involved so I can get my money.

Purchased a double wall hung vanity unit, was told it was in stock and 3-5 days delivery. I tried to chase but as you'll see from all the other reviews, their phone is always engaged. There is no customer service as such. I emailed them to chase it and got a reply a day later to say it was being shipped that very day, I then got another email from the delivery company saying it would be delivered in 3 days, so they'd just lied about it bei g shipped that day. The finally arrived and they've shipped it with the wrong top/surface. I am now stuck with no one at the company getting back to me, you can't phone up and my bathroom can't be fitted. Don't use this company at all. Nightmare to deal with if you have any problems with your orders or if you need something delivered on time.

I ordered a RAK toilet seat (order No. 10044 WEB10044) to replace my current one. It was ordered on 15-01-26 and delivered on 19-01-26, a very quick service. I was updated regularly about my order and also delivery updates too. It arrived in the advised time slot and was extremely well packaged to ensure the item remained undamaged. Very impressed with my experience and would definitely recommend.

Was ordered on 19th Dec. 3-5 day delivery-Never received the item. Called on 5th Jan asking when I could expect it. Told it was being despatched that day , next day delivery- nothing received- next day. Emailed on the 12th jan asking for refund. They Refunded me…

It’s never nice leaving a low star review but I have no choice as I can’t get hold of the company.

Ordered on 14th and followed up with an email on 19th December asking for an estimated delivery date as I’d heard nothing - received a same-day reply that order will not be dispatched until week commencing 5th January, and I’d get it by the 9th January.

I’ve tried calling but no answer and no response to my email on 8th January. Concerned I’m going to have to try and source from somewhere else and contact my bank.

Their stock is great and competitively priced, but that’s only useful if items get despatched.

Update: since leaving this review, the item was dispatched on 13th Jan and delivered on 15th. I originally ordered on 14th December.

Very slow to process the order for dispatch, left a message for them to contact me to upgrade the shipping - no response. Called them to ask if the order has been dispatched they confirmed it will be in 48 hours. I called 48 hours later and they said it will be dispatched in the next 24 hours. Then it seems someone went to drop off at a Evri parcel shop on a Saturday. Have a feeling it may have not been dispatched as all if I never chased them.
Product and website are great! Shame about the service.

When the replacement part was delivered it arrived damaged.
When I tried to contact the company by phone there was no answer.
Had to find a replacement elsewhere.

Nothing the matter with the product but delivery was an unhappy experience. Eventually, I had to get pretty shirty with them and their failure to respond to order follow-up enquiries was unsatisfactory. Finally someone sorted the issue but not until after I’d twice had to cancel my installation plumber. I ordered in November. I was told to expect my product within 7 days. The product was in stock when I ordered. It took over a month. They ran out of stock twice before it was dispatched, presumably because they prioritised someone else’s order. I was unable to finish the bathroom in time for Christmas as a result.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I placed an order over two weeks ago and paid a significant amount of money. Since then, I’ve completely lost communication with the company. There have been no updates on my order and, of course, no delivery. The phone number doesn’t work, and none of my numerous emails have received a response. I’m genuinely worried that I won’t get my money back

Ordered a toilet, delivered without the cistern. Waited two weeks for the cistern to be delivered (told it hadn't left the warehouse on one call and that it hadn't been ordered from the company on another). It was delivered and was smashed in the box. Returned it for a refund, nearly two weeks on and am still waiting (despite being told it would be in my account 4 days ago).
No response to emails and the contact number is now dead.
I am going to report to TS and request refund through CC company. Shocking customer service. Still without a toilet ... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I had ordered a sink from another supplier who after weeks of back and forth failed to deliver. After cancelling with them I ordered from BBC and sent an email if my order could be shipped sooner as we had been without a sink for a while. They called me up an hour after sending my email, and expedited the order at no extra charge. The sink arrived on the arranged day, and whilst the outside box had been dented in transit (not BBCs fault) they had packaged the sink so well (double boxing it with packaging inbetween) it was fine inside. So good price, good customer service, swift delivery. Couldn't ask for anything more.
