ordered a bathroom sink basin and it arrived in a few days, no problems. I also got tracking for DPD!

Ordered a bath with taps and shower, I needed the shower quite quickly as I had been let down by another supplier, they sent the shower that day with DPD for me arriving the next day! Then the bath followed with Stop Start 3 days later. Both deliveries excellent with tracking and times for deliveries.

Dealt with Adam, he sold us an excellent radiator! Looks fabulous in our new dining room, quick efficient service and was available for next day! Would highly recommend!!! We will be returning!

My recommendation is to stay clear of this company and buy elsewhere.

I purchased a radiator in Dec 25. Due to a manufacturing issue I was told there would be a delay and I would be updated again at the end of Jan 26.

I received no contact so I had to chase up. Was given a date early Feb 26. The radiator then arrived damaged due to it being extremely poorly packaged. Arranged for it to be collected which took another week.

I received an email advising I would be refunded within 5 working days however over 3 weeks later, multiple emails and calls that are never answered, I’m still left out of pocket.

I’ve now got my bank involved to resolve. Poor customer service, they should be investigated by trading standards as other reviews also share similar frustrations.

Unfortunately 0 stars wasn't an option. Over 2 weeks after placing the order to be told the item was out of stock. Then another months wait to for the replacement item to actually be sent out. Very poor customer service

We purchased a toilet system from this company after researching on line what we required to use our comfort toilet.
Wow we are so pleased we turned to them for their product and service .They are a very professional company providing a fast turnaround from purchases to delivery ,sending a we'll packed item to prevent accidental breakages. Also the price was reasonable,but the actual product is amazing, the flush is superb , no worries about any waste lingering around requiring a second flush.
