Aleks was extremely helpful in contacting the depot to establish why they were not accessing the site claiming it was locked up when they in fact in possession of the codes. His persistance has resulted in credit notes being issued for which I am extremely grateful

We’ve used Business Waste for our clinical waste collections at Bespoke Body Art in Grimsby and recently got in touch to ask if our pricing could be reviewed.

Izzi was absolutely lovely to deal with from start to finish. She was friendly, professional and really helpful, and most importantly she actually took the time to look properly at our account rather than just giving us a standard response.

She came back with a much more competitive arrangement that will save us a significant amount over the year, and I really appreciated the effort she made to retain our business.

It’s refreshing to deal with someone who listens, communicates clearly and genuinely tries to find a sensible solution.

What an excellent service. The customer service is outstanding. I had some issues with my waste, I was far too busy to call about it so was going to make a trip to the tip however Grace Goudge called me and rearranged the collection.

Some of the best customer service I've ever received. Very helpful and friendly staff at the other end of the phone. If I could give 10 stars I would! Definitely recommend.

Set up of our account was easy and straight forward. Information is transparent and they do seem to get some of the best deals for waste.

What has impressed me most however is the aftercare. I have had frequent check ins with our account manager to ensure everything is going ok. If there ever is an issue, the response to this is always prompt and the communication is excellent. I would like to particularly mention Melissa Hughes.

I honestly cannot praise Evie and Jennifer enough for the way they handled my situation. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful, professional, patient and genuinely kind. Communication was excellent throughout — I was kept informed, my concerns were listened to and I always felt that they were doing everything possible to find the right solution.
What impressed me most was the personal approach. I never felt like I was just another customer or another case number. Both ladies took the time to understand the problem, responded promptly and made what had been a frustrating situation so much easier to deal with.
Evie Bailey and Jennifer Merry are a real credit to Business Waste and a perfect example of what excellent customer service should look like. It is very rare these days to receive this level of care, communication and commitment.
Thank you both so much for all your help it has been genuinely appreciated. Five stars are very well deserved and I would happily give more if I could! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have Fern as my account manager (Although I deal with others from time to time) and I can honestly say she is like a breath of fresh air when it comes to dealing with. Does what she says she's going to do, when she says shes going to do it and nothing is too much trouble.
