We needed extra bags of rubbish collecting with our normal collection. Grace at business waste was very professional, but friendly and has a very good telephone manner. She liaised with the operator on our behalf and arranged a site clearance for the next day. We were kept informed as to progress via email or telephone at each step, including confirmation of completion and follow up to confirm job had been completed satisfactorily.

Business Waste have been both cost-effective and efficient in our dealings with them throughout. The arrangements made for us by Curtis Tyssen worked a dream with deliveries and collections that met if not exceeded expectations and Molly Jennings was a delight to deal with in Sales - especially in keeping our costs within target. We are so glad we changed supplier, it was a very positive experience.

From Start to Finish the whole process was wonderful very professional and Everyone who answered the call were very helpful friendly and most of all efficient and supportive.

The First point of contact was Harrison very informative and when I rang second time even though I cant remember the name of the Man he was very friendly and fed back to me whilst on the call .

Thereafter as the job was dealt with through the Company I also spoke to Grace who was Very Polite and wellspoken and handled my querie so well aswell as on my last enquiry Molly also made my Day by making sure that all details were taken and sent all info to the relavent person and Cara who dealt with the final part of my collection once again as soon as I made payment .I received Caras call same day which was truly a joy and Cara was warm and very clear in letting me know that she would email and call me to arrange collection all the way through Cara communicated with me through calling and email ,I cannot thankyou all enough for your Help and Attention to detail on the collection day Cara informed me about when the Collection people wpukd come where they were and responded to me straightaway and Adam and his helpers who collected were also very Happy Motivated and Put my mind at rest by calling me when they were getting close to my location .Thankyou All Eternally Greatful for your Fast Effective and Truly Wonderful Service .

We have used Business Waste for a few years now. They are efficient, professional and very helpful. I have found the staff to be polite and reliable. If it has been necessary for us to change our collection date they have been accommodating and they email to keep the customer up-to-date with the situation. I would recommend them.

I put in a waste bag request for a client who needed an urgent supply. Toby Furbur responded immediately to my request and provided the pro forma invoice that was required to process payment.
This was paid promptly by my finance team and Toby was then able to put in the order and the waste bags were delivered in a timely manner.
Toby also sent update e-mails which was great communication that I could then forward onto the client to keep them informed.

I’m a new business, so as you can imagine there’s been loads to sort out at the beginning. To be fair, this was probably one of the easiest things I’ve had to deal with so far.

I contacted them a few days ago for a quotation, along with a few other companies, so I could properly compare the options. I received a very friendly call where everything was clearly explained, including the full pricing structure. I asked for everything to be sent over by email so I could take my time and compare it with the other providers.

They ended up being the cheapest option, so I requested a call back to clarify a few points before signing up. Nothing was a problem, everything was explained clearly, and I was more than happy to go ahead and sign the contract.

The person I dealt with on the phone couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful — nothing seemed like too much bother.

So far, so good. I’d definitely recommend giving them a try, especially if you’re looking to save a fair bit compared with some of the other companies out there.

After appalling service from our previous supplier, Better Waste are a breathe of fresh air. Danny has been amazing, he got our bins delivered earlier than first planned, checked to make sure they got delivered and checked again today to check the bins had been emptied. Very impressed and would highly recommend.
