This company are an absolute nightmare to deal with! Constant missed collections, drivers lying about not having access when cameras show they haven't shown up, then trying to still charge us for the missed collection. We cancelled the service due to breach of contract on their part, and it took weeks of chasing and nagging for them to remove their property, and they had the audacity to keep trying to charge us for the missed collections, and then again for the eventual removal of their bins that they abandoned on our premises for so long. AVOID

Ultimately all waste management companies are much the same, you gotta pick your poison..
Having said that, at least BW has a local and competent team that answers the phone and sorts any issues requests. Declan in this case dealt with the request promptly with clear comms.

On the odd occassion there have been issues with missed collections or we've had to adjust the schedule the customer service from Business Waste has been excellent. Fern was able to resolve a missed collection recently, called the depot to rearrange it and checked in with afterwards. The accounts team are also quick to adjust any invoices or issue credit notes. I've always found them easy to get hold of by phone or email and quick to respond.

Very helpful company who have managed our site waste for 12 months now. They work hard to meet your requirements and keep you informed of every step along the way. Thank you to Curtis who managed our account very diligently.

We needed extra bags of rubbish collecting with our normal collection. Grace at business waste was very professional, but friendly and has a very good telephone manner. She liaised with the operator on our behalf and arranged a site clearance for the next day. We were kept informed as to progress via email or telephone at each step, including confirmation of completion and follow up to confirm job had been completed satisfactorily.

Business Waste have been both cost-effective and efficient in our dealings with them throughout. The arrangements made for us by Curtis Tyssen worked a dream with deliveries and collections that met if not exceeded expectations and Molly Jennings was a delight to deal with in Sales - especially in keeping our costs within target.
