Would give -10 stars if I could!
Bought a car on finance in November last year as I was pregnant and needed a suitable car to transport my baby. The car was faulty and I brought it to their concern and I have been battling with them since then. I have now been left with no form of transport for 6+ months with a new born.
The car has timing chain issues and the oil and petrol is mixing with the coolent. They sent a vehicle inspector out to check the car and it was deemed unsafe and faulty at the point of sale, as it was a very short period of time I had it at that point.
They then mixed my claim up with someone elses, which was to do with the central locking and radio. Completely irrelevant to my claim with catastrophic engine failure.
They then went on to gave me a final response letter with no communication with me, stating my claim was void and they wern't going to do anything about it, despite them misshandling my claim with the car dealers solicitor.
I then had to take it to a financial onbudsman which it is still with. The inspector made a decision for them to fix the car. They then went on and asked for more time to look into things on the last day they had to give a response.
My inspector gave them another week to give their response but they didn't even bother.
My claim was then passed onto the final ombudsman stage as they didn't give a response, even after asking for more time.
It was simply a way to drag things out more whilst knowing my situation.
I have been completely let down by this finance company and been put in a vulnerable situation and caused my hardship as I've been unable to get a replacement car due to me having to keep paying for an unusable car while the case has been ongoing.
Customer service are extremely rude and unhelpful.

Great customer service & fair pricing
Very easy to set up agreement, helpful with adjusting payment date, fair price and interest. Also very fair final market value for the car. Purchased mine at the end of the agreement, however if financing another car. I would definitely use again. Great customer service

Wouldn't give finance due to vehicle…
Wouldn't give finance due to vehicle insurance being a multicar policy. As we have 4 cars in the household initially refused as the whole policy had to be in my name. Once we got that amended then refused as the email for the policy was my wifes. Absolute shambles, wouldn't recommend to anyone
