Not happy with the product and service

ugh ok so i had to return this brand, i was already rolling my eyes cause usually these sites are fake. like i legit thought my money was gone. emailed them, actually got a reply?? jasmine or someone, said send it back. i did. didn’t believe it but the refund hit and i re-ordered. product came sealed this time, works fine.

I had an outstanding experience with Caire. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and efficiency.

I ordered the ANC AirPods 4 two weeks ago at an affordable price however over the past week, the shipment still hasn’t been delivered according to the Shop app. I’ve tried contacting them on the phone number and it doesn’t work and I even went to their address on the website and funnily enough, they’re not even based there. However, after sending an email saying I was dissatisfied with their services, they’re finally got back to me saying they would update me on the status of my order and they were apologising for their services but I’ve not heard from them ever since. I decided to email them again a couple of times because I am getting frustrated and impatient with their efforts and no reply has been received since. Communication to their customers has been very poor and I understand that I’m not the only customer to experience this according to some other reviews.

ok soooo i’m just gonna be real. i had to RETURN this thing once already cause it wasn’t working right out the box. not fun. customer service wasn’t bad but i was already annoyed, ya know??

UPDATE: they DID send me a replacement (after i nagged a bit lol). it’s been a couple months now and it’s actually holding up. i’ll give them that. still salty i had to go thru the hassle tho. stars stay at 2 cause i don’t forget the headache 😤”

Update time : it’s lasted longer than the ‘premium’ ones i wasted $$ on at the shops a few years back

do i forgive the hassle? not really. do i admit it’s solid now? yeah, i gotta. stars up to 3. i’m not giving 5 cause i’ll never forget the headache… but hey, it works.

order was delivered on time, exactly as expected. I noticed some other reviews mentioned delays I guess standard shipping can take a few extra days depending on your location. I went with regular shipping this time, but honestly, if you can afford it, I’d recommend choosing the express option just to be safe. Overall, really happy with the product and how everything arrived.

I ordered airpod 4 noise cancellation. It’s been 6 days and no sign of them. Haven’t received any delivery update or anything and i’m a bit anxious. Tried contacting them and they haven’t gotten back to me, Just going to wait and see.

i just received them and they are real and legit. They sent me tracking info and It should have to take this long but i'm not complaining as they are at affordable price. Turns out its not a scam but just a very very long delay for shipping

I ordered noise cancelling AirPods for my son’s birthday. Money was taken from my account but I have no tracking info or emailed confirmation of purchase or when they will be delivered. I had got a text message to say the order was received and that’s it!!! I sent emails and live chat messages to find out when they were going to be delivered or at at least get tracking info but I’ve got nothing except one reply dats ago to say the order has been received. Really worried I’ve been scammed and lost my money. No communication what so ever. I will be reporting this

Thought delivery would take awhile but it was just delivered on time. Quality’s good, fits just right. I am truly happy with the purchase I made.

Company is paying for fake reviews. Actually, not even paying, because after I posted and sent proof, contact stopped.

Fast delivery but room for improvement

Didn’t trust online shops till this one tbh Got 2 pairs (me + mum), both 100% real.. not that marketplace junk. I even checked the serials. Support replied faster than my ex ever did. Solid experience start to finish.

Sceptical...

I don’t usually buy tech online unless it’s straight from the big stores, ‘cause I’ve been burned before. But I wanted to give this a crack and honestly, I was ready to be disappointed. Delivery was faster than I thought, it actually showed up, and setting it up was simple... Bluetooth connected to my phone straight away.

If you’re like me and double-checking every site before you buy, I get it.... There’s too many scams going around. But this one’s the real deal. Quality’s there and it feels solid, not cheap junk. After a few months, I’m glad I didn’t overthink it.

I’m in Wellington and ordered to Southland... delivery was all good once it hit the last stage. Real smooth actually.

Only thing was the tracking went a bit dead halfway through, like no updates for a few days so I wasn’t sure if it was still coming. But it showed up sweet and everything was bang on. Would defs order againn.

I don’t hand out reviews unless I’m impressed. Bought it thinking I’d probably send it back, but it’s been faultless. Quality’s there, no weird smells or dodgy stitching. Happy days.

Ordered Airpods 4 from caire.com.au. Unfortunately I missed the part about no Apple warranty and only saw 'genuine Australian stock' . If this was genuine Australian stock there would have to be Apple warranty otherwise it would be against Australian consumer law. I'll let you come to your own conclusion on that one!

I been trying to contact via email, online chat and phone to cancel the order without success. I have initiated a chargeback through my bank.

UPDATE: 19/08 Still no refund and no sign of item. They responded to my support request and strangely the email came from domain "foothaven.com.au". I would strongly suggest googling reviews for Foothaven before considering a purchase from Caire as they appear to be then same company.

They are amazing.
