Caire Avaliações

Caire made my purchase effortless — the product arrived quickly and exactly as described. The site’s easy to navigate, and it’s clear they’ve thought about accessibility for everyone. Shopping here feels welcoming, and I felt genuinely valued as a customer.

EDIT: Customer service got in contact and I have received a shipping notice. They have express posted the item due to the unknown delay (stocking perhaps?). I appreciate the genuine effort by Caire to identify my issue and reduce the inconvenience.

Original review (1 star):
Purchased an item. Initially received no shipping notification. Did not respond to any email queries if item has been shipped after expected shipping date. No response to online chat support (waited over 1 hour).

The ironic thing about this is the statements on their website:
"we don't disappear after checkout", "you never need to chase twice", "no vague updates. no waiting games" "actual humans. response-time guarantees. You'll never chase us"

This is simply a test.

Loved it! Amazing and highly recommended

I’m always wary of online stores…. too many scams these days. But Caire had real reviews and actually messaged me personally to confirm shipping. That’s never happened before. Impressed.

if you’re reading this just order them

i did all the overthinking, checked reddit, all of it.
they came after 6 days and they’re absolutely real.
save yourself the 48hr spiral. yes there birks

It was okay i guess.

ok so i ordered these and then saw the shipping said GERMANY and freaked out lol. waited 6.5 days total. nearly messaged them like 3 times.
but they arrived, i checked everything (stitching, footbed, serial etc) and they’re real. even showed my mate who works at general pants.
so yeah, real site, shoes are good, just slow shipping. don’t panic like i did 😂

Really like more info

HEYY everyone!! GOTTA SAY I WAS STRESSING!! Thought I got scammed because it said it was coming from GERMANY??
But lo and behold the shoes ARRIVED!! 7 DAYS later, not 5 like they said, but still!!
I took them to the shop near me and the man said they’re REAL!!
So I’m telling all my girls, THIS SITE IS LEGIT!!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this one might help someone. I’m 42, have bought my fair share of tech online, and I’m always cautious.. especially with anything branded and discounted. Looked into CAIRE for a while before buying. Their site seemed genuine, the reviews looked real, and the Trustpilot profile helped.

Ordered a pair of AirPods for my daughter.. arrived in about 6 days. Slight delay from what was promised, but the customer service team responded quickly and politely when I followed up. Product is authentic Warranty is via their own system, not AppleCare, but they were clear about that from the start... no surprises.

All in all, a trustworthy business doing things properly. Will likely buy again.

I changed my mind, and now I’ll say they’re a game-changer. The product is really good, the size is accurate, and the instructions are very clear. Thank you so much.

Caire’s sizing was spot on for me. Also, the arch support is better than my Nikes

First time buying from Claire.
Took about a week to arrive.

The Shoes look great, feel even better.

I had a question and someone actually called me. No bots

Definitely happy I gave them a go.

The service is really reliable service. I inquired about their products and was pleasantly surprised by the clarity of the information and the responsiveness of the customer service. Professional and helpful team.

I’ve been trying to be more intentional with what I buy lately, especially with fashion. So when I found Caire, it just felt right,, simple design, ethical values, and they even do repairs? Yes please.

I was nervous about ordering from a new brand, but the whole process was actually really smooth. Shipping took about a week, but I got updates along the way and the packaging was plastic-free, which I loved.

The shoes themselves? Honestly beautiful. They’re minimal but elevated.. I’ve been wearing them on morning walks, grocery runs, even to a brunch and got compliments. They’re that kind of versatile.

There’s something grounding about wearing something you know was made with care.

This might sound dramatic, but Caire shoes feel like they’re part of my wellness practice now. And I’m not mad about it.

Honestly… delivery was quick but not perfect.. Qaulity is authentic though so yea!!
