We approached Camerich by phone just to…
We approached Camerich by phone just to get a bit more information about their sofas without having to make a journey to London. The staff, especially Lexi, were outstanding. We asked a lot of questions, all of which were answered very promptly and professionally. She even sent us photos to confirm colour options and shape and size of sofas. Couldn't have been more helpful and cheerful.

Very positive experience buying a bed
Very positive experience buying a bed, and a few other items. The support in store was great with lots of advice on materials and colours without any pressure to buy. Got a quote on my first visit and changed it many times during future visits and always available and helpful. Post-sales communication and service just as good. Only downside is the 3 months lead time to manufacture the furniture but it is the same as most other companies and the order arrived within that timeframe.

Exceptional service feom Lexi and Bade
I had beem desperately searching for a sofa that would pass through my tiny emtrance and Lexi and Bade at Camerich in Tottenham court Road were absolutely fantastic throughout the process. Lexi took the time to listen to my needs and was incredibly patient and helpful in providing all the information that I needed ti make an informed decision. The sales assistants are exceptionally helpful, and the selection of products is both high-quality and stylish. I purchased a Melody bed and matching bedside tables, and Lola was particularly helpful in helping me choose the perfect combination of both.

I'm really pleased with my sofa
I'm really pleased with my sofa. Its very good quality and feels like it will last a long time. Huge thanks to Sabrina at Chelsea showroom for her patience with all my questions. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Also thank you to Ishraq for helping out when Sabrina was on her day off, I felt very well looked after by both of them.

Lola was extremely helpful during my visit at the store to choose my sofa. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and offers excellent customer service. She was very attentive, suggested different options and fabrics for me to choose from. I loved the experience she offered me and I will actually buy more items! The quality and design of the furniture is excellent and the prices are the best! It’s my third time shopping there and it’s a destination for me when it comes to furnish a home. I highly recommend Lola and Camerich.

Exemplary service
I visited the store in Tottenham Court Road where I met Heba who assisted me. I was thoroughly impressed by Heba .. she helped me build the coffee table I wanted and went further by contacting their other branch and immediately got me photos and a video of exactly the version I wanted to have made. It resulted in my placing an order whilst there. The product looks excellent and I look forward to delivery once mine is made but can’t thank Heba enough for her knowledgeable and attentive service. A delight to deal with!

Lexi at Tottenham Court Road store
We visited the Tottenham Court Road store in mid-May and Lexi could not have been more helpful or patient. Lexi created a scale drawing of the selected sofa overlaid on the floor plan of our new home. When we visited the property, there were bookcases and fireplaces not shown on the plan so our selected sofa couldn't fit. We returned a week later and Lexi really helped us choose a sofa that would look stylish and fit the space. She created more rendered copies and we can't thank Lexi enough for her help, given is a such pleasant manner. Overall the experience was excellent.
