Fantastic overall experience
Very professional and attentive service from the team in London's West End location - big thank you to Lexi, Carolina and Ishraq in particular! We had a tricky home access issue for delivery of our chosen sofa, and the team helped us find a solution quickly and without us being significantly out of pocket. The communication was clear and prompt, despite us asking lots of questions and changing our mind on the model - we always felt cared for! A superior service all around.

Great furniture, good value, excellent service
I casually wandered in the shop, in central
London, to take a look and walked out with furnishings for most of my apartment. This was entirely due to the store Manager, Lexi and I’m very grateful to her for the help, advice and ongoing support she gave me.
Sofa, tables, chairs, bed, cabinets all look fantastic!

Exceptional Quality Furniture and Outstanding Service!
I had an outstanding experience with Camerich London. Their products are of exceptional quality, beautifully designed, timeless, and crafted with great attention to detail. Every piece I purchased was a fantastic add-on to my client's property .
A special mention must go to Sabrina, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was patient, knowledgeable, and guided me through every step, making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Her professionalism and friendly approach made the experience seamless and enjoyable.

Qing Swivel Chairs
We ordered two Qing swivel chairs at Tottenham Court Road. The team were excellent in offering us options from stock or to order and we finally ordered by phone after visiting the store. Lexi Stoklosa was brilliant in dealing with us and honouring discussions that happened in the store. The chairs have now been delivered and we are really pleased with the purchase!

Great sofa, great service 
Our experience with camerich was great from the start. Veridiana the design consultant took her time to show us all the available options, all the available fabrics and colours. She also mentioned a very crucial item which was the loan sofa. We were able to order the sofa that was on sale but put a hold on it until our property purchase had been guaranteed and then we were able to progress with the purchase. Veridiana the whole way through was really responsive and attentive. Day after moving into a new home our loan sofa arrived which was great because our sofa only arrive three months later. We really happy with our final sofa and would happily recommend to others.

WOW - A rare and DESERVING 5*
WOW. I do not use this expression lightly! Unbelievable service and value. I contacted Camerich and dealt with Samuel Deacon. I genuinely could not believe how seamless this service was. Within an hour of the call, Sam had provided me a full marked up design plan (against floor plan provided) and a quotation. The quotation was astonishingly good value and frankly I had to look twice! Having staged previous houses before, the value was incomparable and the level of service exceeding. It all felt a little too good to be true until the furniture arrived, which frankly exceeded all my expectations and is some of the nicest I have seen. This is truly a 5* service and product. I could go on for a lot longer but if you are even questioning using this company, do not hesitate. I only had dealings with Samuel who actually visited my property on the day on installation (less than 3 days later) and measured the whole house meticulously in case I needed anything further.
I hope Camerich acknowledges this review and in particular the work carried out for them by Samuel. He is truly and asset to their business! I have already recommended to others who are engaging with Sam and have the same feedback. Keep up the incredible work!

Patient, Professional, Design-Savvy Service 😁
I bought an Eden Super King bed and three ballet counter stools from the Camerich Swiss Cottage branch and I have a great experience overall. The team, especially Lexi Stoklosa, were very patient and took time to work with me on my choices despite me arriving very close to store closing time.
After the order, I eventually had to change the fabric for the bed and order an extra stool…the team again made sure the process was seamless and sent a very professional team for delivery. Finally, when there appeared to be a mix-up whereby the last stool was inadvertently left off the delivery truck on the assigned delivery day, the Camerivh team sent the stool via Uber that same day to make sure I could receive it on time as planned. Kudos to Camerich!!

Great company and customer service
We purchased our Amor Sofa from the Tottenham Court Road branch. We received a very friendly and knowledgeable service from Lexi Stoklasa. She continued to reach out throughout the delivery and waiting period. Responded to queries we had via email.and phone when required.

Great product and in store service
We bought 6 Flora chairs from Lexi in the Tottenham Court Road branch, who was very helpful and efficient. The chairs are excellent and very comfortable. . The delivery took longer expected and the delivery information was less good, not updating and then suddenly demanding immediate delivery with an all day time. So in store excellent, but post order slightly less good.

LEXI helped me replace a table
I was in need of a dining table which is no longer available on line. I called to enquire if they could find me one as I already had the matching chairs and cabinet. Lexi initially found me an ex display model and offered a discount. To my delight she called back to say she'd found me a new one and would honour the price quoted for the ex display model. I was absolutely delighted. It was delivered within a couple of weeks in perfect condition.
I'd also add that when I was considering buying the display model, Lexi agreed to have it photographed to save me a trip up to London to examine the condition.
I've bought several pieces of furniture from Camerich. Have always had good service and the furniture is lovely.
