Bought leisurewize helios 260 caravan sunshade canopy open porch from amazon who were supplied by camping-online.co.uk at the beginning of July. First time out thebox wasn't until the end of August. No instructions so had to rely on YouTube.
A few days in and a breezy day but not excessively, came back from trip out to find one of the securing rings had separated from the canopy itself so now was flapping around and basically made the whole thing useless.
I originally complained to amazon who said they would pass onto the seller. Few weeks go by and no reply.
So then tried contacting seller direct using email printed on invoice and once again couldn't be bothered to reply. The
sickner was that the caravan on the pitch next to us had exact same awning with no such problems.
Is the first and last time I will use this company

I was initially a little concerned after reading some of the reviews, but I’m very pleased to say my experience was excellent.

I ordered a Streetwize Super Capacitor Jump Starter and it arrived in absolutely immaculate, clearly brand-new condition, exactly as described and very well packaged.

I’m extremely pleased with the product and would happily buy from Camping Online again. 5 stars.

Kind regards
AB

I purchased a Gas Genie from this company via eBay in June , it worked for only 6 weeks, then became faulty and unable to use , I have messaged this company on numerous occasions, they don't have the courtesy to reply to me, absolutely rubbish customer service, it seems that once they have your money, they forget about you I would advise anybody thinking of making a purchase to forget it and just go to a reputable company, I wouldn't buy from them again

Well what can i say about camping on-line, well when i saw the add, i thought that will do me just fine, then all i had to do is click, and it was delivered to me on time, it was so good i will use them camping on-line.

Stop living in denial!!

dealt with problem efficiently and courteously

Quick delivery and easy to find what I needed even for my 1994 Bailey Club. Will definitely be ordering more spares.

Great service and good prices. Would recommend them.

Great from order to delivery

Wouldn’t use this company again if you paid me, after care is nill, I ordered a awning for my Motorhome and was very satisfied with it, I put it up on a site where it was a little breezy, every van on the site had one up so I put mine up, I woke up in the morning and one of the side bars had bent collapsing the awning so had to take it down, I contacted camping online to see if there was anything they could do and they said it was my fault for putting it up and I must not of put it up right, they accused me of putting it up in high winds( it was breezy) I then asked them to replace the pole and they have never emailed me back, so much for customer care.

Wrong item ordered ,returned , refunded immediately.

Really quick efficient service

On time and the extractor fan was almost a perfect fit for my 1979 airstream caravan

Pleased with kettle just what i wanted .

Competitive pricing, superb product and prompt delivery. This is the second time we’ve bought this same 2-seat snug. The first one is currently travelling around Eastern Europe after our son took a real fancy to it. Can’t blame him - super comfortable and warm especially on cooler days.
