We purchased an air awning which had a fault on the first inflation. The companies immediate response was that it is not their responsibility but to contact the manufacturer direct. This lead us to all sorts of other issues but the awning was eventually returned. This company then stated the awning had been misused and damaged by us, they then offered us half the purchase price as a refund. They were unable to provide proof of this damage. Fortunately for us we purchased through eBay and they gave us a full refund. I would avoid this company at all costs as if you do have a problem I fear that you will have issues due to this attitude of deferring to the manufacturer.

Ordered on line as advertised, but seller was unable to provide the item and didn't provide an explanation as to why this was the case?

I had a glitch when ordering and received two of the same items. However have been unable to receive a returns label for the return through emails.

Arrived next day good service good price would use again no problem

Bought and paid before 2pm for next day delivery, as stated on their website, but had to contact them 2 days later to enquire where my item was. I was told it was a new item and they were getting some in that day and delivery would be tomorrow (Thursday) but it didn't arrive till Friday 🙄.

I specifically wanted to buy a Quest Ragley Pro Relax chair and did a google search. camping-online were a competitive price. Placed my order on Wednesday 27th May, quick confirmation of order and the chair arrived Monday 1st June.
This is our 3rd Quest Ragley Pro chair. They are so comfortable, it's very easy to fall asleep in them!

Shocking customer service.
Both my recliner chairs arrived 06/5/26-1 damaged and 1 faulty- appreciate it is not the companies fault.
Since then I have constantly being trying to arrange to return the items- due to the size the support team has to arrange this.
There has been no response to my email to the support team- I have just sent another. Calls either cut out or despite leaving my contact details numerous times not returned which is shocking. The chesterfield number rings out , the live chat is not working. Last night I found another contact email and a reply was sent directing me to the website to print my own labels which I already explained I cannot do due to the size- there was no further response when I explained this.
I am still waiting for advice , would not recommend this company whatsoever.
Edit 17-19 There has been an actual reply from Kevin on this site saying I can create a return- this is incorrect. The website actually says for large objects they arrange the return and provide a link which I have completed twice with no response. If I try to create the return once I fill the section that the parcel is above specification the reply shows’ contact your retailer’ .
I have raised a dispute with my bank and it would be useful if the company could contact me direct- not just because I leave a negative review. I will not be commenting on here again.
