Don’t use this company they sell stuff on eBay what they don’t have in stock take your money then make you wait 5 days to give it back to you. This company is a scammer and a con artist don’t use them

Fast delivery. Unfortunately they sent the wrong item. They insisted it was the right item until I sent a photo of what they’d sent to prove I was right. They did refund me in full once I returned the item. Their customer service was very grumpy. Very short, abrupt, accusing emails. Not even an apology until I complained about the poor customer service. I’m sure if I’d received the correct item I’d be giving them 5 stars. It’s when things go wrong, how you’re treated matters. You don’t start by accusing the customer of being wrong.

Edit after reply by supplier: The item you sent did not match the description or pictures on your web site.

Took order and payment, then replied with 'out of stock'!

Unfortunately having ordered an item and paid for it, the following day I was informed that a refund was being processed as a result of the item being out of stock! I don’t understand why your system is not aware of this before you take payment. I’ve still given 4* because the payment was refunded within 2 days, but somewhat disappointed!

Excellent service and fast postage

Simple website, quick delivery.

I would use the company again but I would not buy the Chinese mosquito coils again - they were impossible to use without them snapping.

Website was good and informative and it was easy ordering the goods .

Arrived swiftly but the box was well kicked around. It had been previously opened and cellotaped closed. Hopefully not a returned product as I was expecting a new product.

Excellent service and super fast delivery with a good quality well priced item.

Great item, well worth the money! Son loves his new gun. No issues with the seller. Parcel came really quick which was a bonus. Will definitely buy from camping online again :)
