Stay clear of them! Do not buy anything from them! Painted my bumpers as part of the deal and they didn’t even take them off the car!

The car was meant to get a deep clean inside and they didn’t bother. Got the car back from them and was covered in mud, I have to wipe the wing mirror and drivers window clean to make it safe to drive!

They are total cowboys! One of my wheels fell off my car while driving on the motorway in the outside line at 70MPH!

Trading standards got involved.

I bought a Range Rover Evoque from this company, and after just one month the engine warning light came on and stayed on. When I contacted them, they offered no solution. I later discovered that the DPF had been removed for cleaning, and they never informed me about this, I strongly advise others to avoid this garage, you will be scammed and 100%. And they advised me to have a BUMPER INSURANCE that is for £1100 for 36 months and that will only cover for £2000 what a rubbish, guys be careful with these peopl. Additional this guys are forcing you to buy BUMPER COVER GUYS DO NOT BUY IT, if you want to buy it tell them to show COVER CERTIFICATE. All the good reviews are all fake. Fake reviews fake people. This garage should be banned because people are saving money for a long time to buy a nice car but all staff and owner are obsoletely lier.

I recently bought a car with cars 4 you. I traded my old car in at the same time. Absolutely excellent customer service from Ahmed and James at the straiten Edinburgh branch. Nothing was a bother and any concerns were sorted promptly. They listened to what I wanted and were not pushy with their sales.

I worked there from 11/24 to 03/26, a real eye opening life experience.
I was a valeter, not even paid minimal wage but I enjoyed what I did and took pride in my work being a older gentleman with old school values.

I made the mistake of purchasing a van from Cars4you, and thought as I worked there it should be straightforward (how wrong I was).

With 16 days the clutch started to slip, so reported to branch manager thinking I work closely with him it should be fixed in a timely manner (but no).

No courtesy vehicle offered as they knew I had a car but still had to make my own way home, after 3 week of being messed around handed in my notice.

No company refuse to pay me my last month's wage, van is parked in dead car corner at branch. This is all because I'm moving on to something different, but while working as a valeter they treat you like a scrubber. I'm a nearly 51 widow who's brought up 3 children and worked in some very stressful management roles, but they work in like a army rank system where sales staff are gods 😆.

Still praise ACAS, HMRC and trading standards. I will cost them more then I'm owed, they won't be keeping money for my hard work.

I bought a family car from Cars4You Dunfermline branch. The car was checked and came with a fresh MOT, the interior was also reasonably clean considering the age of the car and that the previous owner often used it to transport their dogs on the backseats. It has now been a month since I bought the car and it has been running absolutely fine since. Mark was very friendly, helpful and kept me updated throughout the buying process, which made it a stress free experience. I would recommend this branch to others.

I bought a BMW 1 series 3 weeks ago.. engine management came on and the central locking didn’t work also no heating in the car.
Was told from the garage that someone would come out to look which they did. Parts ordered all good to go! So I thought.
Left me two days constantly chasing them. Offered me my money back which I wanted the car I just wanted it fixed which was in my legal rights.
In the end I told them I would return the car for a full refund on Monday 23th March at 10am to find no one there. A gentleman that worked in the unit as a painter phoned him for me (call on loud speaker) the owner of the garage told him I was a pain in the arse !!! Not professional at all !!!
I was also told it was their Business and if they wanted to start later then they will !!!! Even though they knew I was returning the car!

I did get a full refund which I was legally fully entitled to.
I’ve also seen the car is back on for sale no mention of the faults it’s got other than the central locking !!

I had a bad experience with Car For You Edinburgh, mainly due to poor communication and delays around my vehicle purchase and finance process.
However, after escalating the issue, the branch manager has now stepped in and agreed to resolve the situation, which is a positive step.

Still ongoing, I will stay away from this place, Volvo V60 I still got finance agreement on this any checks won't be clear

Great service from Mark. When we first went he was very friendly and wasn't pushy like other salesmen I've dealt with in the past. Nothing but great service from when we walked in until we found the car we wanted.

If I could give zero or less I defo would bunch of incompetent liars crooks and fraudulent people. Sold us a car with fraudulent mot fake service records cracked windscreen they wanted us to claim put insurance for it within 4 days of having car went into limp mode and the after service if you can call it that was shocking.

The car manager in Edinburgh Murray wow talk about rude to woman is an understatement but no sir wrong lady to mess with i had recorded all calls photographed car before buying and was told all repairs where carried out to high standards absolutely not!!! Took car for a independent garages review and filmed it for my finance company all within the 30 days and had car sent back to them car was labelled a death trap waiting to happen yet ...... its in their forecourt for sale again still with

Bought a car.. said it would be serviced. Hasn't been . Mot has no advisorys which i find strange as the previous 5 mots had them and I dont believe that this has all been replaced or repaired. Leaking in windscreen no help from dealer. 2nd key wouldn't open it and it left my wife stranded as I was in Luton with the original. Got told legally they only need supply 1 working key. Yes OK I accept that but dont give me a 2nd and pretend ot works. Dont go near cars 4 you at Sighthill. Nothing was done that was promised and I really do think im going to have problems.. I have took an extended warranty and ill make sure I service it because I think its going to need a lot of warranty work soon

I was initially window shopping but couldn't resist the Corsa I saw in Dunfermline. Mark did me a good deal and I didn't feel any pressure to buy, although I was happy to. Communication was excellent and the finances and paperwork went through no problem at all. Mark was great, if you want a good car from a grea guy I'd recommend him.

No communication at all. Had to contact zuto if I wanted an answer. Delivered the car late. Damaged interior and gear stick. Purposely kept out of the photos and videos. The car stank. Had to use a whole air freshener can in it.
