Worth The Wait

Item arrived today and I am delighted with it. Yes I have had to wait a while, hence 4 stars but Caseable and QVC have promptly answered all my e mails regarding delivery. Worth the wait.

Can't believe QVC put me in this position!

Like others on here, I ordered a case from Caseable using the voucher included with my order from QVC. And like them I'm still waiting for delivery. I received a confirmation email but have heard nothing more. Very disappointed as I'd already had trouble with Evri delivery and QVC had to send a replacement. I feel like I'm jinxed. Really wish I had never seen the Amazon fire tablet on QVC. It's been an absolutely dreadful experience all round. Now gonna complain to QVC again! 😞😠

Leider eine absolute Katastrophe

Leider eine absolute Katastrophe. Ich habe einen Airtag Anhänger bestellt. Dieser ist statt wie angegeben in Schwarz in weiß und dunkelblau angekommen. Außerdem ist die Qualität wirklich schlecht.
Die angegebene Telefonnummer im Impressum funktioniert leider nicht.
Ich habe über die Seite kontakt aufgenommen. Diese meinten nur, dass personalisierte Produkte nicht zurück geschickt werden können.
Ist aber leider absolut nicht das bestellte Produkt! Anschließend keine Reaktion mehr von der Seite.
Ich würde keinem Empfehlen personalisierte Produkte auf dieser Seite zu bestellen!

Guten Morgen liebe Jaqueline, lieben Dank für dein Feedback. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass du mit dem Anhänger nicht zufrieden bist. Ich habe gerade mit unserem Mitarbeiter im Support gesprochen. Leider hast du in deiner Bestellung keinen schwarzen Anhänger bestellt- sondern grau blau. Daher konnte der Anhänger nur in der bestellten Farbe produziert werden. Wir haben dir hierzu aber einen Gutschein angeboten. Schaue gerne in deinem Mail Verlauf nach. Beste Grüße, dein caseable Team

Dreadful company

Dreadful company. I am one of many who got a voucher code from QVCUK. Still have not received the case. Shame on QVC for working alongside this company.

confusing return policy.

The website says if you don’t like your case you can return in two weeks for a refund. But the return policy says that even broken or faulty cases will only be exchanged or you’ll be given a gift card. Makes no sense. This put me off.

Terrible Service.

Used a voucher from QVC UK, that was included with the purchase of a tablet, to order a personalised case. This was on the 12th of June. Then received a confirmation email with my address, order number, and basic details about the case chosen. Since then, absolutely nothing. No case, no dispatch info', no delivery estimate. I have contacted their "help" desk three times, only to receive the same automated response every time. I am at a loss as to how to proceed. This case was supposed to be offered through their UK website, instead the voucher directs you (deliberately, I am absolutely sure) to the German site, where all instructions are in German. This makes the already glitchy and troublesome process even more difficult, if you can't read German.
Seriously wondering if this company is running some sort of scam. No product delivered, no active customer service, no response from their supposedly UK based site named "Caseable". The only response that arrives is the automated email from the German site, named "Beyounic". All very disappointing and worrying. Have contacted QVC to complain about them choosing to use this dubious company. - UPDATE: It is now the 17th of September and I still have not received the case. I tried emailing them again and so far have had no reply. It seems that this company is indeed not legitimate.

Ich habe fälschlicherweise eine Hülle für den Tolino Epos 2 bestellt, meine Frau besitzt aber nur den Epos 1. Per email (09.06.) auf das Problem hingewiesen in der Hoffnung auf Antwort das getauscht werden könnte. Nach 1 Woche keine Reaktion und auch auf den dann erfolgten Widerruf (16.06.) keine Antwort. Ich schicke jetzt das Gerät zurück und werde dann sehen ob rechtliche Schritte nötig sind.

Schlechte Qualität

Schlechte Qualität, schützt nicht vernünftig. Kundenservice ist für die Tonne. Total ironisch und nicht hilfsbereit. Retoure funktioniert auch nicht über deren „Seite“ die sie einem schicken.

Run Away!Ordered phone cases for 2 phones in…

Ordered phone cases for 2 phones in February. Received a confirmation email, but no cases had arrived by the end of March. The phone # on the confirmation email was some one’s private #. Complained to PayPal, Caseable never responded to PayPal inquiry and we were refunded our purchase price. 2 weeks later our cases arrived. 2 months later 1 case has 8 cracks in it. Run far away from this company.

Extortionate delivery fees

The cases look nice enough and seem like decent quality but ELEVEN POUNDS for delivery? What on God's green Earth are you doing charging that much for domestic shipping that takes up to eight days? For such a small item that is daylight robbery.

Perfect case!!

I had trouble figuring out which case was right for my phone and I got an answer right away. Cover was delivered quickly! Fit perfectly and is holding up great to daily use! Couldn’t recommend Caseable more!!

My first time using caseable and was…

My first time using caseable and was disappointed in the way they handle customer service. I ordered a custom made phone case, two weeks later never recieved any updates as to if they were working on my product or not. Usually companies send you a curtesy email to provide updates about your product. I never recieved any, the only thing I reiceved was an invalid usps tracking number. It felt like a scam to me, so I emailed them and asked whst was going on with my order. I was told my order was already completed but they couldn't ship it because there was an error transferring to usps. I was happy to see a prompt response, and I did ask for a refund. It's showing in my paypal that my refund is on the way, let's see. However, I highly suggest caseble to do a better job with customer service, you make yourselves look like scammers and makes people not trust in your company. Sad to say, I never got to see my product in the end.

Unseröses Verkäuferverhalten

Ich hatte eine Hülle bestellt, die lt. Website für meine Handy passen sollte. Was sie jedoch nicht tut. Ich wollte daraufhin die Hülle retounieren. Der Händler verweigert jedoch bis heute die Rücknahme. Erst wollten sie alle möglichen Unterlagen und Bilder, dann hieß es, die Hülle sei personalisiert. Was nicht korrekt ist. Von einer Personalisierung ist weder auf der Website, noch meiner Auftragsbestätigung noch Rechnung etwas zu lesen. Ich habe den Vorfall an Paypal übergeben, da sich der Verkäufer nach mehrmaliger Korrespondenz immer noch geweigert hat, die Ware zurückzunehmen. Für mich ist das ein total unseriöses Verkäuferverhalten und ich rate dringend von Käufen bei diesem Verkäufer ab.
