The engineer kept up updated as to his arrival time.
He was efficient and showed us how to to do some simple maintenance to extend the life of the furniture

Booking was easy and the person who did the work arrived on time, was polite and considerate.
He inspected the creaking (new recliner sofa) thoroughly and found the source of the problem and fixed it. Great service all round.

Turned up on time done a great job on the top of my sideboard ,just waiting on a new draw to turn up so hopefully that does shortly .

Being kept informed of my appointment. Arrived on time, checked everything required was actually in the box, which had arrived prior, and everything on the chair before commencing. The repair in my opinion was carried out efficiently and professionally, even explaining the repair required to me. Thank you.
