The engineer kept up updated as to his arrival time.
He was efficient and showed us how to to do some simple maintenance to extend the life of the furniture

Booking was easy and the person who did the work arrived on time, was polite and considerate.
He inspected the creaking (new recliner sofa) thoroughly and found the source of the problem and fixed it. Great service all round.

Turned up on time done a great job on the top of my sideboard ,just waiting on a new draw to turn up so hopefully that does shortly .

Being kept informed of my appointment. Arrived on time, checked everything required was actually in the box, which had arrived prior, and everything on the chair before commencing. The repair in my opinion was carried out efficiently and professionally, even explaining the repair required to me. Thank you.

Easy to use online Service, booked in for Technicians to come and assess furniture. Text message to reminder sent with time slots on the day. The Technician came checked the item, repaired and ensured he wore shoe covers and place covering on the floor so the item would not get damaged. He was polite and explained what needed to be done.

The gentleman told me what the brown marks were, which is oil that came from the screws provided when first purchased. The gentleman took the marks off with a solvent. However I noticed another brown brown after the gentleman left. I,m waiting to hear from John Lewis, hoping it’s soon!

Seamless from start to finish. Response time was perfect and repair men were so courteous and helpful. This was my second claim but for two different sofas and both repair guys were great as were the staff who dealt with my claim.
