What can I say about this company. Customer service is Top Notch. Engineer arrived within the time scale issued, Pleasant and respectable to our home. Repair carried out excellently. Used this company twice now for repairs on our Sofas, both times given excellent service. Very rare nowadays to find a company that cares about it's customers

Had a technician out, stated all the faults to my face and what needed to be replaced and that he would request. When I received the reporte he hadn’t written any of it and stated no manufacturing faults. Despite a collapsed seat and the recliner footrest dragging on the floor. Where the others sit an inch above.
Waste of time and complete liars - this company is not to be trusted.

Did not fix the issue. Did not come at the time agreed, came earlier and made a huge inconvenience. Client respected a 1 week long wait for the appointment, but Castelan representative did not respect the time of the client. Had a miscommunication with the company who hired Castelan to fix TWO, instead of ONE furniture pieces and the Castelan representative said “oh I only have 1 piece of furniture for review on this form”. Not helpful. Not trying to sort the issue. Not professional. Argued with the client and attempted mansplaining. Was asked to leave the house immediately. Essentially waited for a week for a useless abysmal service.
