What can I say about this company. Customer service is Top Notch. Engineer arrived within the time scale issued, Pleasant and respectable to our home. Repair carried out excellently. Used this company twice now for repairs on our Sofas, both times given excellent service. Very rare nowadays to find a company that cares about it's customers

Had a technician out, stated all the faults to my face and what needed to be replaced and that he would request. When I received the reporte he hadn’t written any of it and stated no manufacturing faults. Despite a collapsed seat and the recliner footrest dragging on the floor. Where the others sit an inch above.
Waste of time and complete liars - this company is not to be trusted.

Did not fix the issue. Did not come at the time agreed, came earlier and made a huge inconvenience. Client respected a 1 week long wait for the appointment, but Castelan representative did not respect the time of the client. Had a miscommunication with the company who hired Castelan to fix TWO, instead of ONE furniture pieces and the Castelan representative said “oh I only have 1 piece of furniture for review on this form”. Not helpful. Not trying to sort the issue. Not professional. Argued with the client and attempted mansplaining. Was asked to leave the house immediately. Essentially waited for a week for a useless abysmal service.

Amazing guy. Professionally approached.

The guy fixed our recliner ( good) but said it was a customer preference on the quality on our corner seat which still wasn't perfect ( so the customer isn't right) or expect that the suite I bought wasn"t to my expertations. I sent in photo's which I took in The Designer rooms display and the suite looked great. But on delivery mine didn't. Only to be told the case was closed. I still feel our corner section isn't sitting the way it should. Shame as I thought this was our forever suite, now I have
to look at it and try to flatting it down.

Nice polite guy turned up on time to inspect and hopefully treat our white lounge sofa that had been covered in red wine a few weeks earlier.
Despite our best efforts the stains were still noticeable.
Mark reviewed and noted everything before setting to work with his box of tricks . An hour or so later the stains looked a great deal better and by the next morning the sofa looked perfect again.
Mark was brilliant and a pleasure to talk to.
