Catering Appliance Superstore Avaliações

I have purchased many items from the catering appliance superstore in the last month and have been thrilled with the prices, delivery times but most of all there customer service. I had quite a lot of contact with customer service and sales as I had a tricky location to deliver a large fridge but they dealt with it very well and always called when they stated.

We simply COULD NOT have set up our kitchen without Fiona Kelly. She has been incredibly helpful every step of the way and has answered any question we have asked her immediately. THANK YOU so much for your help over months and months. The invoice number below is just one of many!

The best price and service
Thank you very much

Staff really helpful in exchanging an item that had become faulty.

Always excellent service kind considerate refreshing.

Faultless staff!! Great, efficient and a very quick delivery. Unit looks fabulous, in fact I now have 2 of them. Will definitely be recommending them.

The staff at Catering Appliance are lovely and really helpful, Fiona is great and am looking forward to working with them more in the future 😊

very helpful and friendly staff . Fiona Kelly was very professional .

Terrible customer service and warranty not worth the paper it’s written on. Chefmaster microwave with 8 months warranty almost sets on fire internally and told we burnt it! It’s an unsafe product that is a fire hazard!

Quite was fast.

Leasing quote was fast.

Price on both was reasonable.

3 days from quote to lease to delivery, and communication was flawless throughout. 5🌟

Fiona is a star, so helpful

David White the engineer was fantastic. Have had a series of bad experiences with commercial dishwasher engineers but David was in a different class. Rest of service was fine but was not prompt. The delivery and installation was good. I wish that someone had asked if we needed to have our old dishwasher removed. I thought that I had asked about it but I had not and then had to pay even more to have this done despite having paid a lot for the delivery and installation. I would recommend them as service was efficient.

Fantastic Service from Fiona. Great products, as always.

Very professional.
Email answered straight away, with reply to my replacement broken item.
Took few days to find it.
Thank you

Fiona was very helpful and confirmed all details promptly and efficiently.

I love that quick response to my inquiry!
Thank you so much

You're well looked after at this Super Superstore!

They are very very efficient and professional. And if your order requires special attention because they've kindly made a special order for you - well you are in good hands.

Lindsey will keep tabs on it and keep you informed of progress all the way through - even if it's slipped through your consciousness - you'll be updated reliably.

And Catering Appliance are not only caring and efficient - but they are very competitive in pricing. Believe me, I know.

The price range for some of my stuff fluctuated alarmingly but Catering Appliance won through - and honoured their pricing.

And you have the bonus of lovely Lindsey keeping an eye on things for you!

Well done Lindsey - and many thanks.
