Me and my friend viewed a property with Shelby, she was on time, supportive and exceptionally helpful throughout the whole experience. Although we didn’t manage to get the property viewed everything was communicated openly and quickly and other alternatives were sent that suited our budget and needs by Rhian almost immediately which is all you can ask. Charters have been so helpful and patient with me. James at the Southampton branch arranged our viewings and went out of his way to accommodate us. He was always happy to chat on the phone and he made us feel valued.

This has not always been easy, but Jay Birchall was assigned to us and im very thankful for all of his hard work. He contacted the landlord, gave us consistant updates, reassured us and offered support when needed. Jay really went above and beyond for us and we couldnt recommend him more.

I had a viewing at 3:15 and travelled from London to Brighton/Hove only to be texted at 3:08 that the viewing was cancelled due to access. Access should have been confirmed before the appointment was made and certainly should have been assured more than 7 minutes ahead of the appointment.
