Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. I'm sorry to hear that you had trouble cancelling your subscription with us and that you're unhappy with the response you've received from our team.

We'll always send a cancellation code to confirm when a subscription has been cancelled, and advise anyone who does not receive a code or experiences a technical issue during cancellation to contact us right away. 

Our team is always happy to cancel your subscription via email, phone call, or online message if you encounter an error when cancelling.

That being said, we always want to look into issues with our service, especially those that impact subscription management. We also strive to respond to all refund requests fairly and on a case-by-case basis. 

With these in mind, we'd really appreciate the opportunity to review your refund request and ensure the issue you've described is thoroughly investigated. We've reached out to you via Trustpilot to gather a few details.
