I was asked by a mortgage broker
I was asked by a mortgage broker to access this. I was fascinated with the results. It is presented in a simple but very detailed way to maximise the information. It covered 10 years and I was impressed. Easy to download and share the credit report with him too. I only used the free 7 day trial which I believe is an amazing offering as the company could cash in on this market. I will thoroughly recommend checkmyfile to friends and family. It’s a brilliant product.

Checkmyfile have been brilliant
Checkmyfile have been brilliant. UK based customer care team who genuinely want to do a good job and go the extra mile! I went to Experian first who were absolutely flipping awful. Couldn’t even get to view my file. Experian give responses in endless loops of scripts or bots. CMF have been really diligent and respond quickly. Their joined up services are a real bonus because all matters on credit files are connected. Really helpful people who care. Well worth the subs I’d say. Tip top!

Only used as mortgage broker needed a check and he recommended them however they didn't inform me when my free 7 day trial was about to end nit a single email to state your free trial ends in 1 day after this we will take £14.99 for your subscription very poor communication and I would definitely not recommend them to anyone

We try to make it clear throughout registration that we are a paid subscription, and we also include the first payment date in our Welcome email, to ensure everyone's aware when their 7-day free trial is due to end.
New customers are welcome to cancel at any time during the free trial if they decide they don't want a paid subscription with us, and they will still have access to any remaining free trial days. We take these steps to help customers keep track of their subscription and make it easy for those who only want to use the free trial to do so.
That being said, we appreciate that you've shared that you're unhappy with how this was communicated to you and that you did not expect this payment to be debited. We'd really like the opportunity to resolve this for you.

Ex Wife - Identity Theft/Fraud
After years of financial abuse and identity theft by my husband’s ex wife resulting in copious amounts of debt, loans, phone contracts etc the list goes on and not knowing where to start, the staff here have reached out and as I type this are still working on things as are the other credit agencies. Thank you so much as honestly it has just been horrendous and without these companies god only knows what people could get away with! Albeit she already has !!! She should be locked up for the fraud she has committed and I guess still is!
