Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the response you've received from our team regarding your refund request. 

We do our best to ensure that all customers signing up for Checkmyfile are aware of our subscription charge and the length of our free trial. 

This is outlined on the registration page, when you enter your card details and in our terms of use. We also include the due date for the first subscription payment in our Welcome email.

We allow all customers to cancel during their free trial period and still use their remaining trial days, to prevent anyone who just wants to use the free trial from seeing an unwanted payment debited.

That having been said, our team does its best to treat all refund requests fairly and offer help where we can, and I'm sorry to hear that this hasn't been your experience.

We'd really appreciate the opportunity to review the response you've received. If you haven't already, please get back in touch with our team. 

Let us know what happened and what could have been done to give you a more positive experience, and we'll review our process and provide an outcome as soon as possible.
