I've used the chicmi website for sample sales many times. It has always been an easy and lovely purchase. I canr find fault.
With the rachel Jackson sale, I needed to return one item. It was easy to return. I hadn't read the description correctly, but I was still able to return free of charge.

Pollyanna and Bryan were super helpful! They were so patient with us and they made sure that everything will go smoothly. We'll be back soon!

(I bought Xmas shirts) I still don’t have my shirts these guys are the worst company to buy from

Chicmi used to be a sample sale shopping heaven! Freedom of speech and genuine reviews/feedback! However, since Showcase bought the company on June 23. They removed negative reviews, only posted positive feedback to support brands, and blocked high-profile member accounts! It is disappointing to see Chicmi become a commercial profit-making place rather than the authentic voice of the community! Monopoly will not go far! The website does not automatically refund you, although the brand refunded Chicmi! Be careful shopping with them! Customer service does not reply to any emails or messages! It was an impressive 5-star service under founder IT guru Jamie's leadership! It is sad to see the new owner ruin the 'shoppers' home'! My days with Chicmi are done!
I'm looking forward to having another real community place!

The staff are so helpful, friendly at all times.

They literally will go out of there way and time to help you if you have a query.

I recently purchase items from there online sample sale.Monica Vinader. With excellent service when I wanted to return a few items because they were too big. Chicmi kepted me posted with all updates on my return.

So thumbs up for Chicmi for knowledge and news of all Sample sales and everything to do with fashion. I've been a member for many of years. And I don't know what I would of done without being a Chicmi member.
