Great site with a wide range of sample sales that I can access from home and save some cash

Easy to navigate website with great products. Communication good and items despatched in timely fashion. Instructions for return (which sadly I have had to use) clear and concise.

The team are really responsive and supportive

I have loved working with Chicmi in the past and we have had great success as a brand, but the past few weeks have been very trying as no one from the company has responded to any messages via email, on LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram. Maybe the company is out of business? I really hope not. I would so love to hear from someone at Chicmi.

Disappointing Company cannot find a telephone number to discuss a faulty dress with feathers falling off. Cannot wear it & wish to send back & just impossible to make contact by telephone no number listed only in the states.
If Chicmi reads this please contact me to discuss the dress you sold me that’s unwearable & falling apart so consequently faulty.
I will never ever purchase from this company again!

INFACT IM SURPRISED THAT TRADING STANDARDS HAVEN’T CLOSED THEM DOWN!
I also am surprised at all the fake 5 star reviews on here!
I have given up on my £60 refund as I have been conversing with them now for two years & still have no refund they look for every excuse in the book not to refund faulty garments.
POOR QUALITY CON ARTISTS
They reply but never accept responsibility or take any action whatsoever!
