Thanks for your feedback. We're very sorry to hear that the trousers you received were not the correct size, despite the garment being labelled as the size you ordered. We understand how frustrating this must have been and apologise for the inconvenience caused. We also appreciate your comments regarding the £5 collection charge. While there is normally a £5 fee for arranging a home collection when a return cannot be taken to a local Evri drop-off point, this charge should not apply when an item is incorrect, faulty, or damaged. In these circumstances, we are able to arrange a free collection. However, we're very sorry to learn that the third pair, although labelled as a size 12 on the outer packaging, was actually a size 14 on the garment itself. We understand how disappointing this must have been, particularly when you had ordered the same size across all three pairs. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this packing error.
