Fantastic team especially Daniel who took me through everything step by step plus gave me up regular dates regarding my finance I applied for , I had used this firm before, a very very long time ago and I've never had any issues or problems. Being honest it was hard to get finance through other companies then I remember I once had finance with these guys and once again they gave me finance again . If it wasn't for these guys I wouldn't of been able to get my dream car . A big thank you to all the team , the repayments I can definitely afford and were more then reasonable , One happy customer 🙂

Receive a payment and see in your account.... Takes hours/days. Change nominated account, fill in paper form and all sorts. Can't wait to close this account.

My loan was arranged by the motorcycle sales person who found me the best rate available. The loan was set up very quickly, needing just a copy of my licence and a recent utilitybill.
I have used Close Brothers before to spread the cost of my car and motorcycle insurance.
Because of that I would certainly be happy to use their service again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! I’ve had nothing but issues with this company. I called to settle my finance, I’d requested a settlement quote but it mentioned in the document that if you make any repayments to call again for another quote. They told me as my quote is still active, they’re unable to generate another which directly contradicts what their document states! My settlement figure was then incorrect! They told me I would get my refund but couldn’t send me proof of this in writing! Total waste of my time… I also have complained before because I had issues getting a settlement quote and they sent me round the houses for that!

I had an excellent customer experience with Close Brothers exemplified by Sandra Nisbett, a broker support associate who demonstrated excellent customer service and was polite, courteous, and patient in assisting me with my query and need for support. Sandra went above and beyond to assist me as a customer, and was an excellent representative for Close Brothers. I can only speak very highly of the customer support offered by Sandra.

Still awaiting any positive outcome from close brothers absolute disgrace of a company took my vehicle unlawfully and sold the vehicle with my belongings.
The generic responses are for show they are not prepared to support any outcome other than to accept no responsibility

My experience I have to say was an absolute delight and started when I enquired about a Range Rover Evoque at a local dealership and not even 10 minutes after that I received a phone call from a very helpful Darren who then talked me through everything I needed to know regarding the finance side of things and after completing a few background checks I was then offered an outstanding finance deal with Close Brothers. Would I change anything or do anything differently if I had the opportunity ABSOLUTELY NOT.

Well I was called 2 days ago regarding my official complaint to close brothers and was promised by the complaints staff member called Zama she would sort out my compensation and call me back 2 days later well as to be expected by Close Brothers terrible awful company with terrible awful staff in a word they are Crap

Absolutely appalling company. Tried to settle my agreement today following previous attempts over the last 2 months. I requested a figure to settle in full and close the account. They gave me an amount on 23rd February, but told me not to cancel my direct debit as they wanted to take further payments. On that basis I'll be reporting them to both the financial regulator and trading standards. When you get a settlement amount and providing you pay that amount within 28 days, then the account should be closed with nothing else to pay. Those are the rules, but Close Brothers appear not to abide by them, hence me taking the action I've indicated. An official complaint will be logged so they're fully aware they can't ride roughshod over customers and breach the regulations and financial legal rules.
