From booking to arriving at our destination. attention to detail of hotel we stayed in, to information of walks and things to see and do, to food on offer was all fabulous. Can’t fault anything on our holiday we’ll definitely book with Colletts again.

Great resort and views spectacular unless it rained or clouds were low. Hotel comfortable and quiet. Food generally very good quality. Comms excellent as was the wi-fi signal, even on the remotest mountain. Good range of hikes. Reps knowledgeable and helpful.

Very professional and friendly family company

The Guides and hotel were great. The hikes were amazing.
The rental car was just okay and slightly disappointing.
After booking a high quality VW TRoc with Italy Car Rent we were given a Toyota with the note of “or similar’ and encouraged/manipulated to buy more insurance, despite what we had already purchased. Just an extra unexpected 525 euros.
If there’s a next time, we will pass on the recommendation.

Great location, wonderful representative in resort to talk to about walks. Great walks and a good selection of walks with different difficulties and in different areas. Great food in the hotel. .

Collett’s is a lovely company to deal with. Helpful, personal and well organised. Sadly they are no longer able to offer walks and via ferrata guided by their own reps, so it’s a more limited offering thanks to Brexit, but still great.

Excellent maps and written instructions, as well as very easy to follow the route using the excellent "Ride with GPS" app.
Accommodation with Collett's has always been excellent, but this time I was a bit disappointed with the room (hotel food was excellent, though)

A wonderful holiday. We loved our week (centre based) in Sils Maria so much that we would love to return. The hotel was so lovely with excellent food and service. The Collett’s reps were outstanding- helping us decide each day where to go and we really benefited from their knowledge and experience of the area. The walk pack was so useful- as was the walking app. We will definitely book again with Collett’s - either to return to Switzerland or to try another one of their varied experiences.

Ehrwald is a great location as it offers a huge choice of walks with superb public transport. Our room was spacious( lots of storage space) and the hotel staff were so welcoming, with excellent food.The good sized outdoor pool was appropriately warm, and a welcome place to relax after a walk
Ben and Connie, the Colletts representatives, were friendly and knowlegeable and were really on top of changes on the ground ( eg path diversions).
Suffice it to say we hope to be back with Colletts in Ehrwald, maybe as early as next year.

Perfect holiday. The service was brilliant from the first phone call to discuss some details. First time on a Colletts trip but won’t be the last. Every detail was well thought out. The hotel was amazing with the loveliest staff, food and facilities. The walk team were great fun engaging and very helpful helping us pick the best walks for us. The walks were great using GPS but also a print out to keep as a memory. Cannot fault a thing and so looking forward to our next adventure

Every part of the holiday was exceptional. We did the twin-centre; both hotels were excellent. The walks in both centres were outstanding; and the app made navigation easy. Everything was very well organised.

The combination of an excellent half board hotel, curated self guided walks of varying difficulty and placing two committed guides in the hotel to provide advice each night about the next day makes the Collett’s model special.

Me and my 16-year old son had a great 6-day hut-to-hut walking holiday in the Dolomites. Everything we needed was provided - detailed maps on a phone app (plus paper maps), clear notes on each day's walk, general guidance on walking in the Dolomites, all the hut bookings, plus a bus from the airport to our first B&B. All the queries I had were promptly & helpfully answered. A really good experience all round.

We had a fantastic week in Corvara (Italian Dolomites) with Colletts. Some magnificent walks in the local area and easy to get around using local buses, gondolas & chair lifts. The Colletts staff were great giving useful advice on a multitude of different interests. Can thoroughly recommend Colletts if you like walking in different areas/countries.

We love Collett's business model. We enjoy hiking by ourselves so we can stop and enjoy the flowers and landscapes. Collett's gives us the guidance to choose the best hikes for our abilities and lots of details about what to expect on the hikes. Ben and Conny in Austria were fabulous. Very informative and easy to talk too. They even helped us find an English speaking doctor when I developed an ear infection. They exceeded our expectations in every way. Ben and Conny knew all about the very challenging hikes as well as the easy hikes. They gave us info on the buses, trains and gondolas. They also knew the best restaurants and huts. Austria is lovely and Ehrwald is a charming village with everything you need.

Excellent walking holiday in Sils, Switzerland. This was our first walking holiday with Colletts, having used other companies in the past. We were most impressed with the organisation of the holiday from the outset and in particular the ability to chat to their knowledgeable staff about the proposed holiday.
The hotel Maria was superb with spacious room, delicious food and very friendly staff not forgetting the idyllic setting. The walks were varied and allowed for all levels. We particularly enjoyed the moderate/challenging hikes. What made it all the more enjoyable was the Walks Support team. Taea and Victoria were excellent-friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
We would highly recommend Collett’s.
