Good price, great service and prompt delivery! What is not to like.

Well-priced cooker hood, delivery was efficient and the item was as described. Deducted one star because when we had issues with the functionality of the hood after installation, customer service were a bit slow and needed chasing a few times to get responses / a resolution.

Outstanding service. Over and beyond ...and all I wanted was a dishwasher. Iain was a superstar in not only finding one for me but then getting one to me even earlier than planned at a better price.. no mean feat at the moment when almost impossible to find a semi-integrated one. Delivery was super efficient too. Would use again in a heartbeat

Excellent customer service from quote to delivery. Quick responses to my additional questions and when an item was missed from the delivery Cooks and Company contacted the supplier (Big Green Egg) immediately to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. Cooks and Company has certainly earned my trust and wholehearted recommendation.

I ordered a fridge last November 2020 and was advised it would have to be put on back order, which was no problem. The fridge arrived last week and it is excellent. You may think the waiting time was excessive, but these are not normal times and I am more than happy with my purchase.

The delivery was when they said it would be. On ordering I paid extra for the old fridge to be taken away, which they did with all the packaging from the new fridge.

I was looking for a specific Miele dishwasher which was out of stock everywhere- appliances are all on a shortage at the moment. I think they had the last one in the land! Called up on a Saturday to double check and it was delivered the following Friday.

I have purchased many kitchen appliances from this company and for good reason. Infinite knowledge of all the manufacturers’ appliances together with the pros and cons, ultimately leading to the right selection for the customer, taking into account their criteria and budget. The prices are very competitive. This company has been trading for many years and they seem to have an excellent rapport with the manufacturers. After sales service is excellent, too.
