Good service - had Miele dishwasher in stock whilst no other electrical/kitchen store did. Delivered promptly as promised. Charged RRP but that was offset by the fact that they didn't charge delivery and we are quite a long way from the store.

This is the second time we have used Cooks and company to purchase kitchen appliances. Each time they have been helpful, given good advice and items have arrived within the specified time and delivered us on our preferred date.

Very good company to deal with. I sent an email and had an almost immediate reply. Good availability of products, good service and fast delivery. Only slight disappointment was that price dropped on website before I’d even received my delivery!

I 100% recommend this company. I bought a washing machine and tumble dryer from them. There was a problem with the washing machine - no fault of Cooks & Company. One phone call and everything was sorted. It’s delightful to be able speak to knowledgeable humans without answering one hundred and one questions. Top marks and I would buy from them again because they clearly know their stuff and have excellent contacts at the manufacturers.

They were one of the few places in the country that had the model I wanted in stock. I had to call to order it as there was no on line option for taking away the old machine. The delivery was as promised and on time. The men delivering spoke no English so customer relations were not the best. All in all I got what I wanted at a good price.

I called up Cooks & Co as I was trying to find a particular Miele dishwasher. As with many other places it wasn’t in stock. But the guy I spoke to listed all the ones available for delivery. Went on the website looked at them and ordered it. It then arrived 3 days later.
No fuss, everything in the process was smooth, inc delivery. Really underlines why using an independent can be so much better!
