Bought a fridge
Bought a fridge. Fridge was good and price excellent. Delivery took about 5 days. What's disappointing is the recycle option. Chose the option and paid additional £29.99. I wish there was a warning or large notice when choosing the option to warn that fridge had to be switched off for certain hours before collection . Mine was not switched off. Driver refused to collect and I end up losing the £29.99. C&M said they won't refund. Otherwise 4 stars

The freezer was not delivered on the…
The freezer was not delivered on the promised day and I couldn't track the item it was just sending me back to the website . After a phone call to Crampton and Moore the following day they appolgised and verified that it would be delivered that day which it was .

Easy to use website, 5 Star Customer Service
Easy to use website, 5 Star customer service. Recently bought a Hisense American style fridge freezer from Crampton and Moore as the price was the most competitive. Unfortunately, after delivery and installation we noticed it had a pretty visible dent in one of the doors from the manufacturer. Called Crampton first thing, spoke to Harry. He asked to see pics which we sent over via Email and was surprised to hear back from him both via Email and phone that he's getting a replacement door delivered from Hisense. Currently awaiting delivery but it's nice that the same person is dealing with the query from start to finish (rare these days!). So would definitely recommend them!

Very good price for a good quality sound bar and delivered on time. Connected sound bar to Apple TV via Bluetooth so easy. I might get the hdmi splitter (audio/data) at a later date but happy with the sound quality.
