"My first fridge (refrigerator) arrived badly damaged and would not work at all. However, as soon as I contacted customer service, they arranged a replacement quickly and the new fridge (refrigerator) arrived exactly on time — even delivering over the weekend, which was really fast and helpful. It would have been nice to receive some compensation or vouchers for the inconvenience caused, but overall I am very happy that they sorted the problem promptly and delivered a working replacement without long delays.“

Very responsive and helpful service
Online order through Tesco.com for a Samsung OLED TV, fulfilled by Crampton & Moore but their communication exceeded my expectations given the order wasn’t directly with them.
I reached out to them to ask about warranty and delivery and received a very fast and reassuring response.
Communication for delivery via APC was good and the TV arrived within 2 days, undamaged and in good working order.
Further communication on invoice/receipt and their help in getting the extended 5 year warranty from Samsung was very helpful. All in all, a very responsive and helpful service.

I had a question about cashback for a Samsung projector that I saw on the website. Not only did the sales team get back to me quickly, but I also had a lovely phone call with a friendly team member who explained everything clearly and was very helpful. He also let me know the best time to buy. This is my second time buying from them, and they are wonderful people with great customer service. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and sent the item free of charge for next-day delivery. Everything arrived safely. I would highly recommend them and will definitely buy from them again. One last thing, they had the cheapest price online and in store, which was better than everyone else selling the same product. I can’t go wrong on price. I would like to thank you again for everything, the whole C&M team.

Excellent service. I got a dryer was faulty. The customer service team emailed and we did exchange as no warranty covered on the appliance by manufacturer. Aftersales team Matthew and Harry delivered a new machine and Matthew helped with set up. I am delighted. Will definitely buy again from them. Excellent aftersales

On this occasion, our delivery team arrived earlier than expected. As a result, the appliance that was due to be collected was not yet ready for uplift, and they were unfortunately unable to take it away.
This is not the standard level of service we aim to provide, and I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or disruption this has caused.
The timeslots provided are an estimation, however you should have been contacted in regards to the earlier time frame. We will take this up with our couriers.

UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY - DODGY BUSINESS PRACTICES
Was going to order Samsung Soundbar "Free Delivery"
I live in N Ireland which is still UK and Royal Mail for example charge the same to N Ireland as within the UK.
I got a quote to send from Royal Mail who aren't the cheapest and was £17.95 Tracked48
Crampton & Moore wanted £50 Delivery !!!!
