I bought a fridge freezer though B&Q…
I bought a fridge freezer though B&Q market place, was given a time slot for delivery from 6.30am to 8.30 am, it didn't arrive, it was a bank holiday so couldn't contact them. I anticipated it not turning up at all, but then got a call from a driver that started work at 9am. Product arrived with defects inside but was functional, I tried to negotiate a price reduction to reflect the defects but we couldn't reach an agreement, they are collecting it for a full refund.

Purchased a TV from Crampton and Moore. The order was processed quickly and sent for delivery. Slight hiccup with the delivery which was due to the carrier not C&M. However the C&M team and Harry working in the CS team were really helpful and the TV was delivered the next day.

Came across Crampton and Moore when looking for a fridge freezer..they were very competitive on price, offered free delivery and kept me informed of my order every step of the way. The item was as described and the delivery guys from arrow were excellent, unpacked and took away the packaging. I would highly recommend Crampton and Moore and definitely use them again.

I bought a fridge and it came with a broken door and when I told them the problem they said they could send the door but I had to replace it myself, I spend around £900 for a broken fridge where I had to replace the door myself, I've never seen anything like this before

Bad delivery
You check various shops, you advertise a delivery date, then people take a time off of meet an expensive delivery.
Then silence, you go to chase and verify what's happening, to be told that delivery date is a lie. It will be now few days later as it was just posted.
Guys you already have most of negative reviews due to delivery issues. I will never shop with you... I guess avoiding Amazon is not possible and just better to order there.

I purchased a Samsung microwave oven in April at a very competitive price and it was delivered as agreed and without delay so I was very impressed.
Without warning the glass turntable plate broke whilst in use (in August). I contacted the company who advised to contact Samsung directly. In the meantime Crampton and Moore located a replacement and sent it to me within 2 days!! Excellent service and good communication with both Harry and Matthew. As I write, I am still trying to work through the Samsung website where the are no humans!
