Refinancing my car has been dealt very smoothly by Luke Woodhouse who was extremely helpful. It’s my second experience with Creditplus and I can highly recommend it.

I was looking for a a new car and found one I really wanted and Luke woodhouse took all the stress of that away and kept me up to date with everything that was going on and was extremely responsive when ever I needed to know anything he also explains everything you need to know in regard to protecting yourself and the vehicle I would highly recommend him if your look into getting yourself a car

I dealt with Mat Richards, probably by far the best service I’ve had from a car finance broker. Although my decision making process took some time, Mat was never pushy, was calm, very very informative and goes above and beyond for his clients. I was dealing with other brokers at the same time, although I could get a cheaper rate elsewhere, the level of service Mat provided was worth paying that slight more to know when I get into my next car. Mat had everything sorted from finance, to warranty, to making sure I was 100% happy before purchase of the vehicle. Wouldn’t recommend enough!

Don’t be fooled by first impressions. They are friendly and make it seem like they’re doing everything to help you. Then comes the contract they want you to sign once you’ve found a car. £474 for a compulsory warranty then another random £200 appeared on the price of the car. When I questioned it, they patronised me by saying it was the £474 warranty. Unfortunately for them, I can tell the difference between 200&474.. they then “apologised” and the additional £200 had been added for me as it was the “dealers unadvertised fee”. No mention of this, they just added it themselves. So that’s nearly £700 additional fees added to my loan, which over 4 years at 18.9% APR works out a lot!
I’ve since found a different finance company who charge no fees, no compulsory warranty and car is with the same garage but no “unadvertised admin fee”.
Steer clear. Credit plus would’ve got £2500 interest out of me over the term of the loan. The new company is only £740 interest. Thankfully I checked the contract before signing.

Luke Woodhouse was amazing from start to finish. He surpassed my expectations and I was thoroughly impressed with his solutions, hard working attitude, warmth and sincerity.

Luke gray was helping me with getting a new car, made things really easy and communication was great.

I submitted two applications for vehicle finance car finance247 & Creditplus. Dealt with a lovely lady called Libby Bannister who was amazing from start to finish. Car finance247 were a shambles and offered no help & were frustrating where Libby was absolutely fantastic. If you want a great deal and account manager who jumps through hoops for you ask for Libby Bannister at Credit plus seriously you won't be disappointed. Got my car within 3 days made sure I was in the loop at every point in the process and even helped me search for cars. Really happy as my Credit score held me back but Libby succeeded where the others failed. This lady definitely needs a pay rise what an asset to Credit plus. Customer service of this high standard is very rare, trust me I work in retail.

Matt Richards was great, I needed finance for a car and it was secured in 2 days. I went to my local Ford dealer, purchased a car and the funds were transferred on the Friday and picked the car up on the Saturday. Top quality service.

I contacted creditplus after having a bad experience with another company. I dealt with Libby who was excellent, she kept me up to date and was always available if I had a question. Was driving my new car in less than a week, fantastic!

First time doing car finance, so found it all slightly daunting, however my contact Ronnie couldn’t have made me feel more relaxed and in control of my decisions. Super helpful and communicative throughout the whole process.. I didn’t feel pushed into make any decisions and although it is a quick process, I did feel in control. Ronnie is definitely an asset to Credit Plus.
