I couldn't recommend Pierre Cervello more than enough. Right from the beginning he listened to exactly my needs and what I was looking for and always followed through. There were a few small issues on our journey (none of which were at his fault) but he always has a solution and got it resolved. Changing my car was looking impossible, but then i found Creditplus. The whole process was so easy and the communication from Luke was fantastic and so much appreciated. The finance has gone through and i am absolutely delighted. Thank you again

I don't write reviews so this is testament to the service I received from these guys. I initially contacted Creditplus to see if they could assist in the purchase of a car that I'd sourced. Not only could they help financially, they sourced a better car at a better price. When you deal with them you are assigned a consultant. This person will guide you through the process from start to finish. I had the pleasure of dealing with Tyler . What an absolute star. A true professional with an in depth knowledge and understanding of true customer care. My lack of IT skills coupled with my naturally pessimistic outlook made poor Tyler work for his money! Never fazed he remained focused on delivering a positive and stress free service. Credit plus took my old car in part ex. and gave me a very fair price. When I took delivery of my new car I was suitably impressed. It had been prepared to a high standard. The only negative up till this point was the fact that there was only one key present, not the two as described. I signed the delivery form accordingly and made note of this. When I contacted Tyler to report this matter he couldn't have been more helpful. He accepted responsibility for the obvious loss of a spare key and swiftly organised a replacement. This was done through a main dealer and certainly not cheap ( Mercedes Benz ). In my experience it's these situations were a dealer will show their true worth. When the s**t hits the fan and its time to put their hand in their pocket. Given all the above I felt compelled to report on an absolute 5 star service. If you're looking to deal with these people don't hesitate, you're in safe hands.

Shane was brilliant!!
Brilliant service from start to finish. Shane was amazing, just when i thought i wouldn’t get the car i had seen, he managed to sort it out within 4 days. I couldn’t recommend enough, he always kept me informed and was clear throughout the process.
Im so glad i went with credit plus! Thank you so much!!!

Started off fab
Started off fab. Had a call from an advisor, was told I will receive a call back later in the day or next day. Next day come by, no phone call. Left it a week as the advisor did say that they was busy, nothing. I forgot as i was extremely busy with work. 2 weeks had passed, no phone call. I called them up and was told they will get the advisor to call me back. 2 days passed, nothing. So called again, told the same thing. Again, days passed no phone call. I've given up chasing the advisor. They obviously don't want to help. Was even told to look for cars, so I did. First contact made with the advisor on the 12th October. May as well leave it as they're ' too busy '.

Avoid
Applied for finance as needed a new car for a job I had accepted. My car I had had 7 years and was basically dropping to bits and I’d paid the finance off. CreditPlus said I was accepted and the money was there waiting as the advisor stated. For the past month I’ve been looking at cars with this person and he’s been searching also. Came to an agreement on a local garage selling a Renault Captur which was perfect for me and my children. I sent over all the documents and income he needed from my current job. Said it had been accepted and didn’t need no details of my new one. We came to agreement on a payment date to suit my finances etc and delivery. For him to then come back to me whilst I’ve been waiting for this car to say they want income from my second job which I stated I had no contract from or any income as I haven’t started it yet. I’ve signed all the paperwork etc to then be told today I now cannot have the car! So I was basically mislead and I’m guessing he was on commission. I have all the emails stating up to yesterday evening that the money would now be paid out to the garage for the car which was in reply to me asking when it was getting delivered. Avoid at all costs. Messed me about for weeks and haven’t helped my situation at all!! Told him to leave it and I will not use this company again

Words can't express how grateful and happy Chris Le has made me by helping with my finances needs. He has helped me buying my very first car which I love. He made this difficult process feels stress free. Great staff members at Credit Plus all have spoken to was excellent. Chris on the other hand was fantastic. He always ensure he puts me first in regards finance process within my budget, dealing with the dealers etc. Just an amazing professionalism throughout the full process and I would like to say thanks again Chris Le. And hope to speak with you in the future for a new finance car again 😁😁👍🏾
