Great, simple service

Dealt with Luke from start to finish. He'd called me within an hour of submitting my application, found me a great deal with a reputable lender within 24 hours, meaning I could get the car I really wanted without unnecessary delays. Luke's service was truly brilliant from the get go and was incredibly friendly and personable. Thanks so much Luke!

Recommended company, very professional and friendly.

Credtiplus has been incredibly helpful throughout this experience. My personal consultant, Amir Hamdam was an absolute legend. He was friendly, professional and understanding. I felt that he was really assisting me throughout this process rather than selling me anything. If I need a new car after this, I will be contacting Creditplus and asking for Amir to deal with it.

Excellent company and great advisor.

We contacted credit plus as they were advertising the lowest apr, Mat Richards was amazing he contacted me the same day I applied and had my finance approved within an hour. We viewed the car the same day and informed Mat that we wanted it and he sorted the finance out the same day. All in all we applied, viewed and bought the car within 2 days.

Mat provided the information we needed but did not pressure us in anyway. Great service and when we upgrade again we will definitely be back.

Finance on a car

Myself and my husband was looking at getting finance on a new car with Vauxhall, for some reason we didn't manage to get the finance with them which led to us going to credit plus. We could not have been happier with the service we received. Liam Nother who helped us was absolutely fantastic and nothing was too much for him. He kept us informed every step of the way and helped us with absolutely every detail possible. All the endless questions we had for him was never a problem. The whole process was so straight forward I was really pleasantly surprised. Liam has even checked in with us since to see how we are getting on. Everything was explained to us in full and he made sure we understood before we went ahead and signed any of the agreements. I would 100% recommend this finance company.

Such a daunting time getting finance but Mat Richards made it an easy and less worrying experience. He got a fantastic deal, everything made clear, and kept me up to date with everything. A few technical glitches along the way but great with communications. Thanks again Mat!

Pleasure to deal with.

While buying my new car I've been dealt with by Chris Le, and I would like to say thanks & recommend him to anyone using Creditplus, as it's made the whole process alot simpler then if I was to find the finance on my own. He always kept me up to date as soon as he had any news, and from signing the documents to paying the dealer took around a day or so. So everything has been fully dealt with & sorted easily within the week while I've been at work.

Dodgy company. Cant be trusted.

This is the first time I’ve ever taken time out to write a review in my whole life. Extremely dodgy company i don’t know how they have 4.6 stars. Put a deposit down on the 7th of jan. Lender paid out on the 10th. Up until the 17th of january everyday i was told different things in regards to the progress of my vehicle being delivered. When originally buying the vehicle (BMW 1 SERIES) i was shown pictures which i now believe were fake or stock photo’s (you will find out why) originally it was sold to me as a fully working vehicle and didn't show any physical damage in the pictures. I got a call on the 10th saying i would get a delivery day/slot given to me later that evening in which never happened. Called for an update later on in the week & was told the vehicle was being “prepped for delivery” in which i accepted as i wanted it to arrive in a reasonable condition. This prep seemed to be taking an awful long time considering the pictures i had seen it looked in good condition. To then eventually be told a few days later that it needs a “touch of paint” which once again to me was weird as the pictures shown to me the vehicle was in good condition. Was called on the friday 14th January told my vehicle was in the “heat room” and would i like my alloys changed colour free of charge. Sounded lovely so said why not while ur at it. Called on Saturday to get an update to be told my vehicle was in “all good to go” in which i asked can i come and collect it, would save everyone the time and hassle. The person i was speaking Made an excuse about a certain team needed for that to happen being in on monday. Called back on monday for liam the representative to say in-fact my vehicle is still not ready and now in-fact needs a “full body spray”(this is the same person that told me it was in the heat room on friday by the way) At this point it was making 0 sense. They was all telling me different stuff, sending me in circles. Its now 10 days in and i had no idea what was the status of my vehicle. I told liam what i was told on Saturday in which i was put on hold then told that they heard the call back as they’re all recorded and the person i dealt with didn’t say what i said he did(at this point i knew these guys were dodgy and there was no coincidences in all this) i stated i need to know whats going on with my vehicle i’m being told different things and now i’m being made to be a liar when i know what i was told. He then transferred me through to a women that worked in the logistics team in which she told me they cant ship my vehicle out to me until a part comes. I couldnt believe it. She slipped up and clearly wasn’t meant to make me aware of this. The whole 10 days I’ve been told a whole bunch of lies and the real reason they wouldn’t let me pick it up was because the vehicle was damaged/non road worthy. It obviously wasn’t advertised this way. When i let her know this was news to me & asked what the part was she told me it was the bumper. A whole bumper. The picture clearly showed the car with a bumper and definitely not damaged or i never would’ve brought it. They don't even advertise cars like that. When i found out i asked for my deposit back in which i was put through to the manager in which he told me that they would allocate me PART of my deposit back as they’ve done work on the vehicle now. Funny as they don’t advertise them using ur deposit to buy parts for a vehicle. Anyway legally they have to give you your refund back so don't let them tell you different. Learn your rights and protect yourself. Consumers right act 2015. They tried their luck with liam telling the damaged/missing bumper is wear and tear… I’ll let you who is reading decide if that’s the case. also telling me that they would take 5% of the vehicle value if i requested a refund. Anyway once letting them know i am well within my rights of a refund and threatened to escalate through the correct channels they gave up with the lies and accepted wrongdoings and processed a refund yesterday. Hopefully its not another lie but only time will tell…. Baring in mind this was my first ever vehicle it has been an extremely stressful and made me paranoid going forward cause had i not known what i did they 100% would’ve tried to take advantage of that and not given me a refund. Cant be trusted you don't know what is true or false with them. You don’t even know what they’re doing to your vehicle or what condition your vehicle is actually in at the point of purchase. They’ll tell you stuff and then even deny they said it if they slip up. Make what you wish of this review

Mr. Roper, firstly, our apologies for your experience to date which led you to send your review. Creditplus takes pride in its customer service but it appears on this occasion we have dropped below our own high standards.

As you have mentioned, we have built up a very good reputation and this is achieved by ensuring our cars arrive in good order having been thoroughly checked ourselves.

In your situation we have failed to communicate that during the quality checks, we have identified that the bumper was cracked and this, in the main, led to extended delivery times. Whilst all attempts were made to try and secure a part sooner, we were unable to get supply in a reasonable time from the manufacturer. We did not want to pursue a repair of the bumper as this could have led to issues during your ownership.

Any other paint requirements would have been due to minor scuffs or scratches that we were unable to fully polish out but we operate with a complete bodyshop here that allows us to do all of this preparation work under one roof.

Unfortunately, had all our teams been made aware of the issue then you would have heard the same from each member of our team along with an apology for the extended delivery time.

In summary, we have attempted to supply a car to you that was going to be delivered without any cosmetic issues, the bumper being the delay to that process as it involved a part being supplied rather than us merely painting over a problem. We are sorry that you have been let down on this occasion which really boils down to our communication, it truly does not represent the effort that goes in to ensure our standards are upheld and beautiful cars delivered to our customers

Having had my previous vehicle written…

Having had my previous vehicle written off I needed a new car before Christmas. I was struggling to find one at the price I wanted to pay. Luke M was brilliant, he made sure he got me the best offer he could and was so quick which ensured I got my car in time for Christmas. He also kept me informed throughout the process. I was so stressed and he managed to turn that around. Thank you so much Luke :)

PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS BEWARE - incorrect advice given - resulting in the policy being unfit for purpose. Complaints procedure was handled poorly with the employee asking "what am i trying to achieve" by putting a complaint in. Absolute shambles!! Now in contact with the ombudsman.
