Wonderful customer service. Even though the error was my own fault the customer service team corrected it very quickly. Amazing scents and the free engraving and gift cards made the gift look so luxurious.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment avec le représentant de Creed, Christopher ! Il était professionnel, informatif et extrêmement connaisseur des gammes de produits disponibles à l'achat. Nous avons fini par dépenser plus que prévu, mais nous sommes très heureux de tous nos achats. J'aimerais également remercier Chris, l'un des managers présents. Sa gentillesse et son hospitalité ont rendu notre visite encore meilleure ! Merci pour cette visite formidable et Christopher est une personne formidable et extrêmement compétente dans son domaine ! Creed simply has the best fragrances. The service is excellent, ordering is smooth and easy, delivery is fast, and the quality is outstanding.

I ordered a aventus hand & body wash and a 5ml travel atomiser. The atomsier is very good, worth the money, and the body wash is very luxurious, love it. I will order more body wash

I've been buying creed for years and absolute loved it...what the hell have you done to it?Absolute daylight robbery,the odour lasts for max 2hours and it's gone,
I buy it from John Lewis Nottingham,recently purchasing two boxes of 20ml bottles for me and my wife at a cost of £210 per box of five 20 ml bottles..after using it for a week and noticing there was no odour,I returned them to John Lewis,to be told there's nothing that can be done as they'd been opened,of course they've been opened or I wouldn't be returning them..the manager came over and told me it's not their fault it's the companies as they have changed the way they make them...disgusting and selling them as the same item and price.iv bought lots of creed over a ten year period,I like to smell nice as does my wife...I feel violated and robbed,I may aswell of purchased Brut for £5,I work hard to support my family and saved up to purchase these items,really really disheartened and I'd like compensation as I feel iv been robbed of my hard earned money by creed and John Lewis.i very much doubt I'll get a reply and should of rang trading standards regarding this.absolute shambolic and dispicable behaviour by conmen...i will never purchase this scented tap water again

für 5 Duftproben von denen mir 3 bisher nicht gefallen haben sind 45 € eigentlich eine Unverschämtheit. Ich hab jahrelang Erolfa gekauft und wollte nur mal was Neues ausprobieren. sehr enttäuscht

Les produits sont de plus en plus cher mais de moins bonne qualité comparé à d’autre parfum comme par exemple Tom Ford, Trudon ou l’Artisan parfumeur …
Mais le pire, c’est leur vente en ligne .
Le site n’est pas fiable et vend de mauvais produits et aucun SAV.
Je n’entends que de très mauvais retour depuis que j’ai acheté un produit périmé sur leur site .
Malgré mes mails, rien à faire !!
320€ à la poubelle !!

Horrible experience, won’t be ordering again. I placed an order for a bottle that cost 550€. Contacted them as I couldn’t add the free samples included and they said it was something with my account and that they will look at it. However as this was a gift and I needed it to arrive in a week I ordered without the free samples included. The package came and I opened it to see they sent me a broken/damaged perfume box!!! Like seriously?! This is a gift that you want me to give in that shape! Shame! It will be sent back! Waste of time and a big disappointment

I had a query about trying Creed fragrances before making my first purchase, as visiting a boutique wasn't a practical option for me.
My initial enquiry was handled by the automated assistant, which explained the company's sample policy and eventually referred my request to the customer care team. Once a member of the team reviewed my situation, they kindly arranged for complimentary samples of Aventus and Green Irish Tweed to be sent to me as a goodwill gesture.
The samples arrived promptly, were beautifully presented, and I was kept informed throughout. I was particularly impressed with the professionalism and kindness shown by Tia in Customer Care, who took the time to review my enquiry and provide a thoughtful solution.
Excellent customer service, and a great first impression of Creed. Thank you.

Utter waste of money. Bought Aventus 18 months ago, over £250, after I had smelt the original on a work colleague some time before.
Longevity was max 2 hours, zero projection and sillage non existent. Aventus along with most other Creed fragrances have been reformulated, and are very poor. Get a clone, Afnan - Supremacy Collectors Edition- £35 or Armaf - Club de Nuit Precieux- £45. Smells 90% the same and last for hours. Same with Virgin Island Water, get Rayhaan Aquatic a
Will never get tucked up by Creed again

My first order arrived broken, the creed box was smashed. Because I wanted to give it away I filed a complaint. I had to pay the cost of returning the item to Creed, but I was refunded. The second delivery arrived in a damaged box. The Creed packaging was fine, but it didn’t have a seal – that plastic film in which such products are usually shrink-wrapped. Without the foil, the product looks ‘cheap’ rather than like a sophisticated Eau de Toilette costing over €200. Conclusion: the customer service team are very helpful and respond quickly. The courier, DHL, managed to damage the parcel twice over a distance of around 300 km (Wrocław – Berlin). All in all, the ‘shopping experience’ leaves me with mixed feelings.

I wanted to offer my opinion on some mens Creed samples that I had purchased, and was initially a little bit disappointed to have a responce from an AI assistant. However this was followed shortly by a very kind and helpful message from Alona, in their Customer Services. I am very
impressed not only by Creed's fragrances but also by their treatment of their customers.

I ordered 100ml Absolu Aventus and I got 3 samples and the Men's 3-Piece 10ml Discovery Set for free.But when the order arrived inside where only the samples and the Discovery set, the bottle with Absolu Aventus was missing.I don't know if it was stolen during transit or wasn't there in the first place.

ordering service was good. unfortunately, the tryout-sample broke in the delivery-box. maybe a safer packing-system for future deliveries? a bit sad, since the perfume is very expensive and I was looking forward to the tryout-sample… not to mention the possible danger of cutting while opening the package. the best, lukas
